Both my wife and I used the Halipax…

Both my wife and I used the Halipax Hypertrax.
It was not effective for cervical care, muscle stimulation or decompression. I purchased it from an ad on the internet. If I had tried it out before I made the purchase I would have not bought the device.

Excellent delivery

Excellent delivery - great device and looking forward to it helping me going forward

I did use it but it gave me some neck pain - I suffer with that and head pain too -that’s why I bought it - but thinking I used it for too long rather than gradually building up the time using but I will start again with only perhaps 3 mi utes and build gradually

I'M very much disappointed in the fact…

I'M very much disappointed in the fact that I ordered one color and got a different one. With no notification of why. Also the quality of the item was extremely cheap and disappointing. I will never buy from them again. Nor will I alloy any family member buy from them.

upgraded your order to our 2024 model without any extra charges and shipped it on December 3 from our factory by DHL to our warehouse and from our warehouse in California by USPS to your remote address. The tracking details for both legs were sent to your email to track your order. Your location is remote, hence, it takes longer than usual for delivery.
