A superb experience in buying wheels for my son with great customer service and support nothing was too much trouble!!!

Ordered on the Tuesday and wheels arrived on the Wednesday fantastic

Prompt dispatch and delivery of skewers which proved to be of excellent quality and have performed faultlessly. very satisfied.

Ordered a brand new halo gravitas 29’ and i have had noting but have had nothing but issues with it.
Beginning with the spokes consistently coming loose even after bring trued and a full rebuild with the same spoke tension and a perfectly straight wheel.
Ive had this wheel for about 3 months and it has already separated at the joining seam.
Do not waste your money on this company they are dangerously built and a hazard to use

I rarely leave a review at all but these guys offered beyond exceptional support and lightning fast delivery. I highly recommend ordering with their own store and not hesitating to reach out if you need anything, they are a rare positive exception in a world of shit support.

Very easy to deal with, They answered a query over the phone, I then placed an order.
The order was sent promptly.
It was well packed and as per the order.
The products are excellent.

I ordered an Aerorage rear wheel for fixie use, a cover for the non-used threads and some rim tape.

This Skelta MT I bought is nice comfortable compliant ride. Rear one I have and fun it is. Seem to be well made. Sound good to. Engagement is sweet.

T2 wheel built with spin doctor hub , arrived quickly and undamaged very well packaged. wheel now done 5000 miles (off road) . spokes all still tight, colour (black) has worn off the brake surface but thats to be expected with v brake set up . happy Halo are still producing rims for classic mtb that are still used as they should be, slightiy wider and heavier than mavic 517 lemon it replaced but 2.3 dhr tyre is perfect on this rim, think i made the right choice, only issue i had was braking surface width, had to change to narroweer kool stop pads as shimanos were to wide for this rim.

Your service was very good. But delivery was very poor. 3 days in a row I received an email telling me that delivery was to occur on that day, only to receive an email later in the day telling me that had been unable to deliver because they got no answer. I have 2 permanent reception staff 24 hours a day and extensive CCTV. There is no way what they were saying is true. You might want to consider a different courier.

Super fast delivery, great wheels

I bought a drove line dynamo wheel and this is my second. The rim is well made and finished well, it sets off my bike nicely. This is my second purchase of this wheel so I have a little long term experience to go along with this review. I can recommend this wheel as I have not had any issues over a few thousand miles with my previous purchase so I can say the durability is top notch.

Ordering 3 Halo tyres was not a problem and delivered promptly. Tyres were of very poor quality and hadn't been checked before being sent. Badly twisted & malformed in places and one tyre had slit in sidewall which was paper thin.
Referred this back to Mark at Halo and photos sent as requested. Response a few days later that pumping up the tyres would solve this and one replacement would be sent for the tyre with damaged sidewall. I responded within five minutes that this was unacceptable and requested full refund. No response from Halo.
Chased this up with phone call and told Mark not available and he would call back. He didn't and called again. Mark still busy and receptionist admitted she had spoken with him and full refund to be given. Also, that the whole batch of tyres was defective.
I've had Halo tyres on 3 of my bikes for approx. 15 years with no problems. Appalling customer service and quality control. I'll buy elsewhere in future.
Halo could have got 3 stars with good customer service. Sadly, just 1 star.

Happy with my halo wideboy front hub. It's got pretty subtle logos and a lurvely shade of grey / metallic. Packed and shipped quickly.
Same axle style as the YT oe from Chosen in Taiwan, cool to know for future axle end swapping on the YT one.

Prompt delivery. I use Halo sealant and it seems to work but you need to check regularly that it hasn't dried up and top up if required.

Quick delivery, wheels are well built, smooth bearings and true.
