I needed another bed, so went back to Hamsey's again, as I had received such a wonderful service last time. Mike did not disappoint me again this time and was as obliging and professional as ever - a true font of information and experience. I was with one of my clients, who is a young lady with complex needs and Mike was courteous and friendly in his treatment of her and was completely non judgmental. He is a credit to Hamsey's and I will definitely be using his shop again in the future.

I recently went into the Leatherhead branch of Hamseys and spoke to Mike. I was only looking for advice on getting a headboard and he managed to find me one that would fit my bed. Decent bloke who gave helpful advice.

Ordered a bed from Beckenham branch in January, very helpful in the shop. Delivered a couple of days ago (could of been earlier but was not convenient to us). Bed assembled in a few minutes. Would definitely recommend.

Visited the Beckenham branch. Knowledgeable staff, plenty of mattresses to try. Andy explained about the different mattress with patience and humour. Spent a lot of time trying all different mattresses before choosing the best one for for us.

Awful experience. Sad that I have to write this but how awful it is to buy from here. We have been a loyal customer for 13 years and have been let down. We bought 5 mattresses and 3 beds from here, all happy except most recent experience. Mattress was too small for the bedframe (that's also from them). Can fit your hand in the gap. Never had this problem before with other beds. Not austhetically pleasing, it moves around and not safe excpecially with a child. Have been told that it is 'normal' and it's made like that to make it easier to change your sheets and apparently the bed will grow the more you use it and that we should buy a new frame or cover it with the duvet. We spoke to Steve who wasn't friendly, came across as quite rude and intimidating at times. We went back to the store to show photos but they were not having it at all. Steve also said that we are just wasting his time talking about this. No effort to exchange or return even though the bed has not been slept on. They did not care that we were upset customers. If it was a company that cared about their customers, they would have happily worked with us to return or change. Confident to say that we will never come back here or buy from here again. Will go to another company we could trust and buy confidently. They also give out free pillows for 5 star reviews so I wouldn't trust what you read on here.

Really helpful and knowledgeable staff. We took our time and didn’t feel rushed, 1 weeks delivery. Job done. Wasn’t bamboozled with info and felt guided.

I have bought 2 beds and mattresses from Mike in the Leatherhead shop: the first was delivered & set up by Scott and the most recent by David & Martin. The service all round, from sales through to installation, has been excellent.

Visited Hamseys Leatherhead shop. .Mike the Magar was helpful understood my needs, time was not a problem. No hard sell. Excellent ended up purchasing a ne good quality mattress which I am very pleased with

I bought a mattress from Hamseys in Leatherhead just before Christmas and was not only really impressed by the half price sale but also the friendliness and enthusiasm of Mike the sales assistant.
I am so satisfied with the quality of the mattress and the first class customer service that I will return soon for more bedding.

Was looking for a bed frame hamseys had a lot to choose from were very helpful from the minute i steped in the door. Very friendly and efficient service with reasonable prices and also to top this can deliver quickly would definantly use again.

Scott in the Wallington store was knowledgeable, professional, friendly and not at all pushy. Nothing was too much trouble and he spent so much time advising and discussing the best options.
I was a repeat customer to Hamseys but the first time to this store. It was a highly enjoyable experience thanks to Scott and resulted in the purchase of a king size ottoman which is much looked forward to. Thank you again Scott.

At the Beckenham store this morning 39/12/21 to buy bed/headboard/mattress. Had an idea what we wanted but after excellent advice , and practical help (my husband has had a stoke so mobility a problem) we were guided to buy the most suitable for us. Would absolutely recommend this shop and Andy was humorous with it. Thankyou for our time spent in the shop.

Very helpful, good advice , good service and wide range to choose from. We were able to get exactly what we wanted at a good price and to test it before buying.

I bought my bed and mattress from them today. Steve was amazing… the delivery is very efficient. Can’t fault this bed shop! Thoroughly recommend!

Dealt with by Steve (Beckenham branch). Good service - helpful, informative and unrushed - allowing for the opportunity to casually try out multiple mattresses before purchase.

Right from excellent in shop info, to clean and tidy delivery of a SuperKing Mattress, and it's no easy job to get one of them up the stairs!!
On to of that the original 4 - 6 week delivery came down to ten days......brilliant !
