If you’re looking for a bed, look no further than Hamsey’s. It will be hard to beat their prices, product quality and EXCELLENT customer service. In addition, they have the largest selection of fabrics to choose from if you’re ordering a custom bed base or headboard compared to other bedding companies Most important, they are sooooooooo easy and enjoyable to work with . . . very kind and considerate sales people who will help you find the bed that's the perfect fit for your body, style and budget. I ordered a bed from them in December 2019 before the pandemic struck and they held if for me in their warehouse for months until things opened up . . . and i was able to take delivery. As they gave such great service then, i recently ordered three more beds from them in October 2021. Once again, they met and exceeded my expectations They are truly the ’superheros’ of the bedding world!

I bought a bed at the weekend from Hamseys, Leatherhead. Not only was the bed excellent quality and really solid, the customer service was second to none. The manager couldn’t have done more to get it delivered, he was so helpful and I really appreciated the excellent service. I would highly recommend Hamseys.

We went to Hamseys having received a flyer through the door. Very glad we did as we purchased a great mattress at a very fair price. Andy was a great help - knowledge, efficient and friendly. Highly recommended.

Dropped into Hamseys at Beckenham last week to check for a headboard. Store attendant was very patient, answered all our questions and we left with a promise to return to purchase. Went back yesterday and placed the order. Met by a different attendant but with the same friendliness. Altogether, a very good experience - for service, quality and prices. We have bought headboards and beds from this store before and it is always our first choice.

Excellent customer service. I went to the Hamseys store at Beckenham a couple of weeks ago to buy a bed with my father, the ship assistant was very kind to us and guided us throughout the purchase. It was a very good experience. We have bought beds here before and we always repeat for the service, the quality and the good prices.

Visited Hamseys Leatherhead store this week and was greeted by Mike who was very friendly and showed us all our options for what we wanted, not pushy, informative and polite. Bought a double bed frame and mattress which was delivered on the booked day. Excellent communication from Mike and the delivery guys. We would recommend this store.

Needed a mattress and base urgently before leaving the country early next week. Went to Hamseys in Leatherhead, where Mike looked after me. He was very helpful and friendly. I got what I needed which was delivered within the time frame stated. The delivery men were courtious and pleasent. Overall I was very pleased with the service I received and if I ever need another mattress, I would have no hesitation in returning to the store.

I visited Hamseys in Beckenham yesterday as I needed a mattress urgently and had been recommended this shop by a friend. The store manager was very friendly and helpful, and ordered me a mattress that is now ready to collect this morning! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience than the one we’ve had with Hamseys. From excellent advise to help narrow down our choices and pinpoint exactly what we were looking for, through to the delivery and ultimately, the comfort and quality of the mattress.

This is our second purchase with them and we’ll be sure to come back. It’s great to feel like a valued customer and to know you’re in safe hands when making a purchase as important as a bed, which you do ultimately spend a third of your life in!

We went in looking for a new bed for our spare room. Andy was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was able to provide us with a great deal for a double bed with base and headboard. Will definitely be back to buy a new mattress for our main bed. Really good prices and plenty of deals. We had previously spent ages looking at other shops and Hamseys offered the best prices and plenty of choice. We saved £100s thanks to Andy.

Andy from Beckenham was very helpful when I walked into the shop.He showed me what was available in my price range and nothing was too much trouble.Delivery also was efficient and on time within a few days.
Overall a very good stress free experience of buying a mattress.

Mike from Leatherhead store was very helpful without being pushy and easy to converse with. He was extremely knowledgeable and informative. Our experience resulted in purchasing a mattress without any hassle. His information for delivery was spot on. Delivery was without problems and efficient. We are very happy to refer Hamseys Sleep Centre and Mike in particular.

We have a loft conversion and we wanted a king size divan bed. We contacted Hamseys and they kindly sent out one of their delivery drivers to measure up to see if a 2 piece divan bed would fit up our staircase. Unfortunately due to the narrow staircase this wasn’t possible. The manager Steve at the Crawley branch suggested getting a 4 piece divan that will be specially made as that will fit up the staircase.
We now have a beautiful new bed. The delivery lads even set up the bed and took away all the packaging.

Purchased the premier 4000 mattress previously in a firm tension, recently visited the showroom in Crawley and tried the medium tension and purchased this for the spare room. With free delivery ( within 2days ) and They even took away my old one free of charge as well.
Fair price and fantastic fast delivery.

so, I went bed hunting after searching the internet and getting an idea of what I wanted. I ended up in Hamseys in Stafford Road Wallington. Instead of browsing around I went straight to the salesman Lee. I just told him exactly what I was after and he immediately lead us in to the store and showed some option. Some were a bit expensive but after some discussion and customising of headboards and type of mattress we agreed on a sale. The big thing that helped was the fact that they will take the old bed for free, Banstead council wanted £140. All in all it was a good experience with a Lee who really new his stuff. The bed was a tiny bit more than I wanted to pay but I think I got a good deal.
