Great experience

Unable to return a handle that was faulty - apparently you only have 48 hrs to check and raise any fault issues. - what a load of rubbish - avoid !

Thanks for your feedback. As discussed on email, our website states all damages must be reported to us within 48 hours in order for us to make a claim with the courier company. You have reported the damage 7 weeks after delivery was made, therefore we are unable to accept this due to the length of time it has been.
