Product is superb and convenient

Handso is exactly what I was searching for, since I started using soap bars only. Perfect for fitness and peeling at home.

My skin feels really soft after using this! I love that I can travel with it and the magnet for hanging in the shower is great. I like the soaps and got a variety pack to try out. My only negative is that shipping took a long time but it’s worth waiting for!

This product is awesome! I’ve been wanting to switch to bar soap but did not like using it because I couldn’t get a good lather and using washcloths is so awkward. The Handso exceeded my expectations!

When I was promised a soap to go with this device, I didn't think I was going to pay 5 bucks for a tiny chunk of soap. This thing is already overpriced, lemme at least get some goddamn soap with it??!!

Great demonstration videos to get to know the product! And of course the handso experience is absolutely perfect! Great design, beautiful colors and above all very useful and easy to use. I completely changed the way I take my bath and got rid of all plastic body shower bottles

I understand this is international shipping, but they didn't even ship it for 3 to 4 weeks. None of the products said they were out of stock.

Now it's going to take another 3 or 4 weeks to get here.

Don't plan on giving this as a gift. You won't get it in time.

Edit: in their response they state that they warned of delays.

They did not warn of delays. Their website said 7 to 15 days when I placed my order. In an email response to me, they blamed "Italian holidays". I looked it up and there is one holiday. How does one holiday prevent you from shipping a package for 4 weeks? I ordered Oct. 26, and it was shipped on Nov. 19. It's now been 6 weeks and still has not been received.

Again, if you plan on this for a gift, plan on having a backup.

After a month of emails back and forth I've received my order. Its a fantastic product, love it. BUT.
Customer service has been so poor. Really poor.
I realise there have been issues with your site and some of my original order [magnets] were out of stock. No problem. But now I'm being asked to pay for the magnets holders I paid for and ordered - discount of 15% + shipping £9.
So I am out of pocket for your mistake. A crazy poor attempt at customer service and retention. It's actually been a bit stressful dealing with it. I am a really positive guy and definately not a complainer but this has tipped me over the edge! Again the product is great but the rest, ahhhhhh!

Am very happy with this product, its great for home use in the shower and on holidays!

Replied to my review on here, no reply to my emails asking for a refund or any update on my order at all. SCAM.
And all my emails have gone to the correct address. Next?

Have to say, these things often look better on the website than they actually are. I’m pleased to say this is different.

So simple but not found anything like it elsewhere. Works exactly and as well as the video suggests, and makes using soap rather than gels a genuine alternative. I’m no eco warrior, but like to make changes where I can, and Handso makes this one possible.

I love using solid soap and Handso is making that supereasy. I have only used it a couple times but the product feels solid. I like the design. Using it is pretty easy!

I ordered two bars of soap on august the15th. The soap was delivered on september the 12th. It takes too long.

Its a great product - love to use it: Just making the foam is sometimes a bit difficult but you get used to it

Handso is easy to use and it works perfect at home. Currently I do not have experience with the usage during trips (business, day trips/sauna or camping) and I have no experience with the soap itselfe in terms of how often can you shower with a bar of soap. The system itself is very good.

Handso is a perfect solution for my live. I usually bring it to the gym, during my trips. I appreciate the technology that it permit to use more Times the soap and save plastic cases. I like the shapes, the tastes of soap and the little scrubs . I Will suggest to all my friends 🥰🥰🥰

Great product. Love using it. Works better than expected but also depends on the soap used.

Interesting product, there are things that could be improved on but having said that it works as advertised.

Pros: produces ok lather and cleans pretty good for everyday shower. Works as advertised and happy with the two I bought.

Cons: the build could be better, rather then the four holes for drainage I would rather see a single silicone plug on the side. The top cap would be nice if it was a thick rubber you can press down for easier lather extraction with a honeycomb design like what they have on the bottom for a spring mechanism to press down on to force back up the rubber bit. The upper honeycomb would be able to stay while you remove the cap the rinse out the suds while keeping the soap bar from coming out and then you put back the cap, pull the single silicone plug and drain. The bit of plastic for the wrist loop keeps spraying lather out when I press down feels kinda weird when I’m washing my face but doesn’t really matter in the shower. Would prefer longer silicone bristles too.

Would buy a v2 with these upgrades honestly as I like the concept and like using the product.
