Yes they were rubbish
Yes they were rubbish. Booked a week in advance - cleared out my garage and they phoned me 30 minutes before arranged time to say they had to cancel. I asked for options and they actually put the phone down on me. I then called JunkBunk who came at 19:30 on a saturday to rescue the situation. Use them, handyrubbish were rubbish. Really rubbish. JunkBunk were £40 cheaper anyway.

Contact: Sent them a request for a quote online, got a call back within an hour.
Pricing: The quote had a range, which I liked because I felt it meant they would take into account what they actually picked up rather than just charging the most they could get away. The very top of that range also matched the lowest quote I had that day from other companies. In short, very competitive price
Service: They said they would arrive between 8.30 and 10.30 the next morning (didn't get the quote until 5.30pm the night before) and they turned up at 8.10 and dealt with it all very quickly. I got a call as soon as the men were done to let me know it had gone well and inform me of the final price based on what they'd collected. Place is totally clear of everything i wanted and they offered to send me pictures to confirm.
In short. 5 stars. Great friendly service, prompt and competitive price. Recommended

Job well done
I reside in Ireland and needed a collection from a house in London W12 . I booked Handyrubbish approx 3 weeks before my collection date. Two men with their van arrived at the appointed time. They did work very hard and while I believed all the items would be shifted in one load , it required a second load. Having disposed of the first load the men returned and worked just as hard and fast. At all times I was aware of the price it was costing me. While I thought that they were a touch expensive I was happy with my experience. Given that I travelled to London just to do this task, I have no hesitation recommending the company. They did the job I asked them to do.
