The team at Happy Rentals were so responsive and helpful when I had to contact them with an issue on the day of check-out (25th January). They really helped and my overall experience staying in Chamonix was helped by their approach. Excellent and really impressive group working hard for their customers. We stayed at Chalet Whitmore (advertised for 6–7 people) over the New Year period. The chalet itself was well located and well presented internally.
However, there was a separate flat below the chalet (accommodating a further 2 or 4 guests), and both properties shared a single hot water tank (immersion heater). This meant that between 7 and potentially 11 guests were reliant on one system.
As a result, there was consistently insufficient hot water. Even with only five of us in the chalet, it was not possible for everyone to have a shower in the evening after skiing. It was clear that the hot water capacity was inadequate to service both the chalet and the flat simultaneously.

We booked a 3 night stay in Croatia. Booking was confirmed and a large deposit taken. Out of the blue I received an email that the owners wanted to stay in the home when we had booked and informed us we would have to shift our stay by 2 nights. Our flights were already booked and this was not possible. As such, Happy Rentals left us with no accommodation for 3 nights of our 10 day trip. We are very fortunate that we have time to find an alternative. However, I would not trust them to honour their bookings in the future and would not use them again. I am shocked to see these sort of practices at an agent that is part of the Marriott group. Very poor. To add insult to injury - we had to arrange the cancellation and refund ourselves. Beware!

The apartment is small but very comfortable and with many details that easy the life together. Moreover is very close to Le Grand Montets telecabine. Highly recommended. Beware No internet, I used hotspot from my phone and it was good enough.

It's a very cosy litlle chalet with superb views. Perfect, in my opinion for 2 people. Very nice rainshower with heavenly warm water. There's a very strong wifi connection.
The only problem here are the pots and pans. Only 2 are safe enough to be used. The others are too damaged to safely cook in and should be replaced.
Overal I had a very enjoyable 2 weeks over the holidays.

Thank you so much for a truly wonderful stay! Our family absolutely loved our time at your chalet in Ukanc. The property is beautifully appointed and thoughtfully designed; we really appreciated the mix of cozy alpine charm (the wood paneling is beautiful) with modern comforts. Having three bathrooms was a huge plus for our group!
The location is simply incredible. Being nestled right in the National Park, just minutes from the lake and the trails, allowed us to completely reset and disconnect from the hustle and bustle. We couldn't have asked for a better base to explore Lake Bohinj and the mountains. We hope to return someday!

Mould in sofa.. stinks of cattpis .very very dirty all over like there has been nobody there for a decade .called staff who very unfriendly showed us another room still totally nasty..full of bugs never in my life would i even dare to sit in that bed !!!! Or push my luck preparing a meal !

I had a very disappointing stay at this property. The house was extremely dirty, with visible mold in several areas, making it uncomfortable and honestly unhealthy. It was clear that the place had not been cleaned properly before my arrival.
On top of that, my interactions with the host were very unpleasant. In my experience, the host was unprofessional, rude, and not respectful when I tried to communicate the issues I found. Instead of helping, they responded in a dismissive and unkind way, which made the whole stay even worse.
Overall, I absolutely do not recommend this place. It was one of the worst experiences I’ve had with Airbnb.

Exceptional chalet with an outstanding view of the Mountain Mont Blanc and the Pic du Midi. Everything has been thought through by the owner so all the guest has to think of is bringing food and clothing. The decoration is a bit kitschy but I guess it's what foreigners expect from a chalet in the alps. I highly recommend and will definitely go back

We rented the apartment on the first week of October and it was freezing inside the apartment. Even though the temperature outside was nice inside the apartment was always freezing and when asked the staff about heating they said it was not possible. Also the toilet needed to be repaired and even though we informed the staff, they never came to repair it.

We had a wonderful stay in this fully independent house, which offers every comfort (except air-conditionning, but we do it well without it) you could wish for.
The spacious garden and pool were perfect for relaxing and enjoying the peaceful surroundings.
Just a stone's throw from Lake Maggiore, the location is ideal, with grocery stores conveniently nearby.
A special mention to the owners: kind, welcoming and always available without ever being intrusive. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely like at home - almost like part of the family.
A place we'd gladly return to and wholeheartedly recommend.

This was my third vacation in Porto Letizia this year and, like every year, I booked the top-of-the-range apartment T10 in the main building/palazzo. This year, however, my stay was more than disappointing in every respect! 6 days of beautiful, very warm weather. No air conditioning. 8 days of very bad, cold weather. No heating. According to Happy Rentals, I was supposed to dry my towels on the balcony. All this for €300 a night and self-catering. This year it was even louder than in previous years, both outside and inside the hotel. Guests on the lower two floors have smaller apartments and sofa beds. In the morning and evening, these are set up and dismantled and moved across the tiled floor. Horrible. None of the housekeeping staff pays any attention to these disturbances.
To top it all off, the owner of the apartment in the separate two-room wing, separated only by a thin sliding door, was also on site. I could listen in on every one of his phone calls, and I was also there during his various bathroom visits. Happy Rentals dismissed everything and didn't address any of the problems or offer a solution. A real shame!
Ich bin dieses Jahr zum dritten zum Urlaub in Porto Letizia gewesen und habe wie jedes Jahr das Top-Appartement T10 im Haupthaus / Palazzo gebucht. Dieses Jahr war der Aufenthalt allerdings in jeder Beziehung mehr als Bescheiden! 6 Tage schönes Wetter sehr warm. Keine Klimaanlage an. 8 Tage sehr schlechtes Wetter und kalt. Keine Heizung an. Die Handtücher sollte ich lt. Happy Rentals auf dem Balkon trocknen. Das alles bei 300 Euro die Nacht und Selbstverpflegung. Dieses Jahr war es noch lauter als die Jahre vorher. Vor dem Hotel als auch im Hotel. Die Gäste auf den unteren zwei Etagen haben kleinere Appartements und Schlafcouches. Morgens und abends werden diese auf,- oder abgebaut und über den Fliesenboden gerückt. Horror. Es achtet auch keiner des Hauspersonals auf diese Beeinträchtigungen.
Um dem Ganzen die Krönung aufzusetzen, war dann auch noch der Eigentümer des Appartements im abgetrennten Zwei-Zimmer-Trakt vor Ort, der nur durch eine dünne Schiebetür abgetrennt ist. Ich konnte jedes seiner Telefonate mithören und bei den verschiedenen Badezimmeraufenthalten war ich auch sozusagen dabei. Happy Rentals hat alles abgewunken und ist auf keines der Probleme eingegangen oder hat eine Lösung angeboten. Sehr schade!

We stayed at the apartment Matisse in Antibe. The apartment was clean and well located. The only suggestion I have is to consider putting a complete roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and perhaps some spares too would be helpful. The kitchen while well equipped lack dish cloths if you need to dry the dishes. Also just some basics like salt and pepper, tea and coffee satchets would be really appreciated.
