I like the earplugs, but disagree with the price increase. In October 2022, one pair of the original cost $17.50 ... by February 2025, it increased to $22.50 ... and now in June 2026, they cost $25.... See more

I bought the discovery pack. After trying all sizes i didn't find one i got on with. Happy Ears refunded the order and were extremely quick to respond to my email.
I've purchased a couple of times previously but the shape has changed in recent years. I've emailed customer services but haven't had a reply. What a waste of money... I won't be recommending you any more
I used to absolutely adore Happy Ears, they were the best ear plugs hands down. I told everyone about them. However, they have gone down hill lately, I think they have changed the design in the last couple of years. The material feels cheaper and honestly, they do not work at all now.
They used to be like silicon and quite big, now they are tiny, even the medium size, it's like putting a tube of plastic in your ears, they are so firm and don't mould around the ear anymore. I ordered the recycled one's and the original, they both were terrible. I really pinned all my hopes on these to help me deal with living with three other people.
I bought the ocean discovery pack and was excited to try them out as good ear buds are hard to find.
Unfortunately, they didn't work for me so I dropped Happy Ears an email and asked about a refund. I got the reply below within an hour. As you can see, this is amazing customer service, I'd highly recommend trying these if you are looking for a pair of ear buds, as you can see there is nothing to lose! :-)
'Thank you for your email.
Sorry that this was your experience. Ears are really complex and it's the reason we have the return policy we do.
We have refunded your purchase. Don't worry about returning the goods...Save the time and postage :-)
Thank you for trying Happy Ears!'
I purchased a single pair of earplugs because I know I would be wasting money buying the multi pack. I had high hopes after reading the reviews and money back guarantee policy. Unfortunately they didn't meet my expectations. It took 2 minutes to know they were extremely uncomfortable and and useless at blocking any noise in general. I have small ear canals and a sidesleeper and need earplugs to block out my husband's snoring. I have spent £100's of pounds over the years in my quest to find comfortable earplugs and alas I am still looking. It may seem to some £11 plus delivery is a small amount of money but the disappointment is still the same. I contacted customer services and received a prompt reply. Following the standard apologies it transpired my purchase was not covered by the money back guarantee. There idea of compensating was to offer a discount for the discovery pack. I explained that was of no use and spending more money would only benefit them fell on deaf ears. Their policies are deceiving, they do not specify not all products are covered by the money back guarantee. This company are not concerned about my discontent or remotely interested in offering any recompense because I won't be a returning customer. I would have given no stars if given the option.
I have been using ear plugs for 20 years because of my husbands snoring. Unfortunately, I developed a reaction to foam earplugs and I was finding that my ears were very sore every morning. My daughter saw Happy Ears ear plugs on social media and recommended them. I bought the stater pack and have just ordered some more. I cannot believe how great they are and no more sore ears. Highly recommend.
I felt I had to write my own review after the bad reviews that have been written on here. After years of disturbed sleep from my extremely loud snoring husband, I gave these a try 4 years ago, I would never be without them now. Worked and fit absolutely fine in my small ear canal and have had no issues regarding them hurting or ear infections. In my case it is a small price to pay for the luxury of many a sound nights sleep.
Very fiddly in general and difficult to remove. They also move slightly when laying on your side (I find foam earplugs too large but am wearing the large set from Happy Ears and they still move slightly when on that side). Very little noise reduction - ineffective as earplugs.
A waste of money. I tried the three of them, all sizes and all possible positions and they just don’t work. They do not take away ANY sound, what a waste of time and money. I can’t understand why people leave such good reviews saying they work when it’s not true whatsoever.
Absolutely Awful. I guarantee the website reviews are mostly fake, as you can't make your own reviews on there, and I tried looking for the option to. Overpriced piece of HARD silicone. I've felt softer, more plush material in tips that comes with earbuds! Not only the fact how uncomfortable they are in any position, if you try sleeping on your side, they don't relieve pressure within your ears, it feels like your eardrums are to implode if you lay your head on them. Trying to use Happy Ears has led to my first serious ear infection, thanks to the "comfortable" material no doubt. These are dangerous for your ears, do not buy these at any cost. It's a shame DankPods even endorsed these.
I only give them an extra star because they were quick to giving me a refund, and shipping was fast. I will be using the money for my ear infection drops.
Received quite quickly three different sized plugs. Tried all three and could still hear a lot of noise in comparison to my cheap foam ones. Foam beats Happy Ears plugs by miles. Only positive they refund very quickly.
Initially thought these were great… but an episode of trying to get the m out when they had worked their way too far in was pretty awful. Won’t ever wear them again! Also unable to find any contact details for the producers.
having had sleep issues where i only slept a couple of hours a night consistently over 2-3 years, I would give anything a go!! I bought the starter pack and decided that the small ones are the best fit. Nearly 2 years later, my sleep pattern is sorted where I'm sleeping 7-8hours a night. However, I cannot sleep if I dont wear the happy ears! I would highly recommend these ear plugs above any others - worth every penny!!

I bought the starter pack as recommended. The small and medium basically went all the way in and did not seal at all. The large sealed and I fell asleep but woke up in so much pain. They are truly so uncomfortable and it's really hard to get a seal. Getting them back out was also very difficult. What an absolute waste of $45. I have no idea where all the good reviews have come from but these do not live up to the hype.
purchased two packs of the Small medium and large. One for m wife as a stocking filler and one for myself . I first tried the Small size and one had to be removed from my ear with a pair of tweezers in the middle of the night to my wife’s horror . I then tried the large (black) and I found this size painful and removed again in the night. Finally I used the middle size and again had some difficulty removing them but managed to retrieve with out the use of tweezers only just though. After spending around £45 on 6 sets I can confirm my wife refuses to use them and I won’t be either.
I absolutely love these!! I have a small ear, and all the other earplugs just pop out. I use the smallest size, and I can now sleep next to a very loud snoring partner. They are still really comfortable when lying on your side when sleeping. Plus I love that they are so easy to keep re-using, saving loads of foam earplug waste, I've had mine for a year.
crazy to think youre making advertising about being eco friendly when people buy a discovery pack with 2 sizes they'll probably never use...
So you're creating 2 out of 3 earplugs that goes to trash ?
And people keep 1 size that fits... great eco friendly product lol
This is a scam, avoid at all cost! Charging a ridiculous markup compared to a normal foam earplug, one would expect it actually does the job for reducing noise as claimed on their website. The earplugs i received doesn't reduce noise, not comfortable and hard to remove.
These are the worst earplugs I've tried. They do not effectively cancel noise and are very difficult to get out of your ears.
