I like the earplugs, but disagree with the price increase. In October 2022, one pair of the original cost $17.50 ... by February 2025, it increased to $22.50 ... and now in June 2026, they cost $25.... See more

No better than the foam ones, the design looks nice and comes with a little carry case. I don't think it blocks much sound not worth the money.
Horrible experience. I bought the trial pack, as recommended, and regret buying them at all. The oval shape is just wrong, doesn't block out sounds like they say. I most definitely heard my snoring partner and the fan. None of the sizes quite fit, actually thought I was going to loose the smalls in my ears. The post on the plugs are solid and not comfortable for sleeping. If you stay flat on your back and don't move it may be okay for you.
Wrote a honest review on their webshop and it got delete. The ear buds gave me a lot of pain... not as promised. Ordered all size, tried them all. All bad.
Bad earplugs, but good service.
Receives my money back, since the earplugs didn't work on me.
I ordered the product (discovery pack) as an alternative to Oropacks. The shipping was very fast. For the left ear it worked perfectly and I could sleep on the side without pain in the ear. Unfortunately M and L didn't work on my right ear, since my ear canal seems too big. I asked to return the discovery pack and I got the money back without sending them back. This is a very lovely service, please don't abuse it.
The product is totally useless but they do a good marketing job on social media. They do a customer satisfaction survey after the product is delivered and if you leave a negative review, they delete it and refund you the money.
Ordered and paid for Happy Ears Discovery Pack. It has yet to arrive and an email to the contact us page and a comment on Facebook has of to date not received a response.
Do not buy these! Tried these in my ear and they popped through to my ear canal and got trapped! My wife had to remove them with tweezer. Once in there is little to no grip on the tiny little leg that you have to pull them out with, utter rubbish.
I've given this 3 stars because the customer service is good. However the ear plugs don't block out any noise at all. I bought the discovery pack - the only item they offer refunds on. None of the sizes blocked out noise significantly, but when I asked for a refund they did it imediately.
Super service! a lot of companies can learn from that!!!
keep up the good work!
The worst product I have purchased in some time. These block out ZERO sound, and I do mean zero. You might as well not have them in. You cannot post negative reviews on their own website as they don't publish them. Basically a complete scam.
I bought this hoping to find a comfortable solution to my partner's heavy snoring. I've tried a few foam options and thought I'd give this ones a try, especially because it feels such a waste to use the disposable ones. I ordered the Discovery Pack to try my best fit. I couldn't complete a whole night sleep with them due to ear pain after 3 hours, and not blocking noise as good as my foam ones.
Despite my disappointment, Happy Ears were diligent enough to return my money within a few days. I guess you can still use them for other activities, but no, not for sleeping.
Update: I submitted this same review on their webpage and answered me back that it didn't meet their corporate guidelines. Now I now why I couldn't find any average reviews before purchasing them.
Happy Ears emailed me to ask for a review, but when I gave their product only two stars they said the review did not meet their corporate guidelines.
It's a shame as I think the product is solid, it's just that they should not be advertised as helping you sleep better because if you leave them in your ears for more than 3 hours, your ears hurt.
These earplugs block out noise, but I do not suggest you sleep with them in.
I had the same experience as several other buyers. The ear plugs unfortunately didn't work for me, so I contacted the company and got a refund immediately - on a Sunday! This is great customer service.
Absolutely wonderful..... I have wasted so much money on different ear plugs, but these actually work! I bought the trial pack & actually have a small left ear & medium right (who'd have guessed) so they fit perfectly. I can hear a muffled little snore, but if I take one out then it's back to a very loud snore! I would give 10/10 & will definitely be buying more! Thank you.
These ear plugs are advertised as being a sleep aid, however they don't block out any noise whatsoever.
If you're looking to reduce harm to your ears for live music events, or something similar, these will be fine. But as for cutting out noise to help you sleep, these are absolutely useless.
Unfortunately, de ear plugs didn’t work for me. I bought the try out pack. I contacted the customer service. Within an hour I received the message they would give me a refund. Great customer service.
Can't believe I bought it. Sooo over priced, can't have refund. L is really a medium. Blocks no sound at all. What a waste of money...
I am so happy with them !! The medium size is perfect for me, they never fall, no more pain in my ears (I always had pain with the regulars) and the customer service is really efficient and nice.
I do recommand warmly !!
