Excellent service, must use company.

I highly recommend this transport company for anyone visiting Mecca. The driver ~Asim Zaheer Randhawa was the best of kind. He is very respectful and a safe driver. The car they provided was very comfortable and spacious for my family of 4. We enjoyed the ride and didn’t even notice the distance between Mecca to Madinah. We communicated well over WhatsApp.

Booked vehicles for family 3 times with them for Umrah & travel to Medina & they were on time every time . All 3 drivers were great . Good reliable vehicles . Dispatch sent driver details a day ahead followed up by driver message . Their rates were very reasonable as well . I would definitely recommend them .

Amazing experience and great service!
The car was new, clean and air conditioned. All of the seatbelts were in working condition. We ordered a car 9am and the driver was at our hotel at 10am. The cost was more than fair and cheaper than a train ride with more than 3 people. The driver was courtesy and the drive was smooth. I highly recommend this company!

Alhamdulilah, all went smooth performing our ibadah using this service. The driver coming on time, and have a good communication with us. The price is affordable and will be using this service in the future.

We coordinated with Asim during our trip and we needed multiple cars. He ensured our safety and comfort and provided us with great service. Asim is very prompt to respond and take care of any of our concerns. Our flight arrived late but he ensured we had a car waiting for us to take us to our hotel as fast as possible after the long journey. I highly recommend them and if I return I will be taking their service again.

Originally I was a little bit sceptical as I only received a fairly basic email confirmation of my booking.
Great professional service.
A day before my trip I received a whatsapp message with the booking details and contact details for the driver.
A short while later I was messaged by the driver confirming the pick up time.
On the day I was messaged by the driver 20 minutes before pick up.
He arrived 10 minutes early.
Car was clean.
Driver was very good and, most amazingly, did not use his phone at all for the 60 minute journey!!
Very happy with the service and will use again upon my next visit.

I would definitely recommend this company to anyone travelling to Saudi Arabia. The drivers are friendly and you can have a decent chat with them. You are very punctual and professional. Before any trip you are given the driver's name, mobile number and vehicle registration, so you know what you are looking out for. We went as a group of 6 and once you split the transfers it is cheap and affordable.

Fantastic, we recently used their services on the recommendation of a family member.

We were picked up on time from Jeddah airport and then taken swiftly to Makkah, stopping on the way to pray.

Then we were collected on time from our Makkah hotel and taken to Madinah. Again a very pleasant journey.

Finally we were picked up in the early hours from our Madinah hotel and taken to Jeddah airport. Another great journey.

We have the pleasure of traveling with Tabassum and tayyab, both were wonderful drivers and great humans. They give us advice about many tourist questions. I am travelling second time with Harmain Transport. Last time September 2022. Absolutely 5 Star service. All the drivers are very cooperative. Specially Mr Asim, most of the time I travelled with Asim and he is a very nice Guy and takes care of all journey. Reasonable charges and excellent service. Highly recommended.
