It was a pleasure and very nice experience with Harmain Transport. Vehicles are very good and staff were very cooperative. Mr Tayyab and Mr Asim were on time and very smooth driving.

I was going for umrah with my family so I booked a ride from Madinah to Mecca. Driver arrived 30-40 minutes late, but it was Friday so I thought nothing of it.
During the ride the driver Ridwan was on his phone for 80% of the time, calling or checking some websites while on the highway. He was constantly swerving between lanes and kept hitting the raised pavement markers between the lanes. This went on during the entire ride (4 hours long). Driver was very rude and was shouting when we try to correct him. In my opinion was trying to take advantage os the situation because we were in ihram.

Driver pickup other passenger in mikath,when you book the trip inform company earlier not to pickup any other passenger.
