DO NOT USE. As everyone says, you fill in a free test for Dyslexia or something similar and you end up with a recurring payment coming out of your account that you can't stop. I've had £30 taken each 3 weeks. The bank are trying to trace them and have blocked payments as I have had no comms from them myself.

I didn't sign up, I just thought I was doing a free test and gave my email. I don't even know how they got my card details but charged me $29.99AUD weeks later!! I have had to cancel my card and now update payment details everywhere. Such a pain!

They have debited my account without permission. I did not sign up to a subscription. but now they have my credit card and are taking money.

Went onto this site to look for answers, I DID NOT PURCHASE THE TEST OR ANY SUBSCRIPTION, I don’t even have an account on the site but somehow the site has taken my parents credit card information (probably stored in some data on my phone) and is now charging my parents $30 a month despite me NEVER putting any credit card information in

SCAM! AVOID! Do not use this company! The test is only a way to lock you into a subscription that you are not aware of and you are billed $19.99/month. It’s totally Fraudulent! They do not refund.

It's a scam. Do not fall for a report fee of 3.99 as they will lock you into a subscription that you didn't sign up for.

I literally should have read the review! I would give a zero if I can. You will think you’re paying a one off and then boom, it’s a monthly charge with no way of to cancel!

STAY FAR AWAY FROM HARONYHUB.AI. They will lock you into a 19.99 charge every month. I changed Cards and they found me. They give a phone number but it is one digit short. I found that they are located in Brisbane Australia.

Absolute scam, i’ve been trying to contact them since march about a subscription i never signed up for, i paid for a one time test and was never informed of this £19.99 a month subscription only way to cancel is to contact them and that’s useless as they don’t answer, im report them to my bank for fraud and scam, i have never seen so bad customer service do not fall for this, they are money greedy scammers feeding of neurodivergent peoples

I have just been charged again and have sent email on email as there is no other way to unsubscribe to some BS that I never signed up for, and they just haven't responded at all! My next step will be to contact my bank and cancel my card before applying for a refund from this scam via my bank.

All reviews are 100% correct. I signed up for a one-time report for $3.99 and these scammers have been charging me $19.99 after that on a monthly basis for zero reason. Multiple attempts to get explanation from them or to cancel this were ignored. I had to open two disputes with my credit card company to get them to stop. Disgusting practice. Oh and also - the report is basic AI generated garbage with information that you can get via Google. DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND DON'T PURCHASE. I wish I was smart enough to read these reviews before doing this.

UPDATE: they actually finally decided to answer me. Shocker. Here is what they said verbatim:

Let's see if I get charged again in June (I'm anticipating yes). You're not subscribing to anything when you purchase this garbage report and nothing on the website said this. It's a scam.

I signed up for a report for a child at €3.99 but these scammers continued to raid my bank account for €19.99 every month. They cannot be contacted and it’s impossible to cancel the monthly charge. If you’re reading this harmonyhub.ai please stop now.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM

I signed up for the one-time report for $3.99. Today I received a receipt for $19.99 for their monthly subscription and realized they have been billing me for months. Now I am unable to sign in with my email, and I hope they will refund me my money, but at the very least, please stop billing me.

i was looking for answers but instead they just tole my money and had to call my bank to block my account from the website, i emailed them multiple time and the still haven't even responded now i know why, its a DOWN RIGHT SCAMMM!!!!!!

False advertising of prices. The first charge was suppose to be for $3.99USD. I got charged $5.99USD. The "support" stated the difference is because of currency conversion. I'm in America. The second charge was suppose to be $19.99USD and I got charged $29.99USD. This site is a joke.

Clear scam as they always ask money at the last to share results. Fully goes through all the questions before they ask for money. Cheap way of doing business.

Zero stars wasn't an option. I paid for a one-time test, that is it.
There was zero option or mention of a subscription. I assure you all I triple checked.
A week later, I get hit with a 29.99 charge. I logged into my "profile" if you will and the ONLY option to cancel is to contact them.
Good luck on contacting as there is NO full phone number on the site and only an email, which who knows if that is real.
