Test was so general and then all of a sudden you subscribe into their monthly payment eventhough you didn't choose for support service.

Absolute scam - disgusting behaviour taking advantage of parents looking for answers!!!!
Do not buy the test as they sign you up to a monthly subscription and charge your card without telling you and then will not issue a refund!!!!
So horrified they treat their customers like this! They do not care about customers, only scamming your card!!!

Even if you pay for the one off test you will be signed up for a subscription without being told.
They also make it deliberately hard to cancel your subscription.

SCAM!!! Wish I’d seen this before I took the online test. Literally scamming vulnerable people and taking out regular payments. Now cancelling my card and putting in a dispute to get my money back… what the actual f***

I thought the report gave some nice insights and I use the ai chat quite a bit lately. It's been helping me deal with some hard scenarios I'm facing with my 7 year old. Definitely worth the money in my opinion!

Same experience as others, paid £3.25 for an ASD assessment, that was provided fine, albeit it was very generic and useless report. No mention at any point during paying for it that I'd be signed up into a subscription with a minimum term. a week later a payment for £15.86 was taken from my credit card. Nowhere on their website to cancel or any contact-us info. Thankfully the credit card company could see it was setup as a subscription & blocked any future payments. it does however mean I was fleeced of £15.86 though!

I used a test from this website - it wasn't clear it would result in a subscription. The site says you may cancel subscription at any time "just contact us!" There's no contact information anywhere.

THIS IS A SCAM!!!! These snakes advertise an Autism "test" and an accompanying "full report". My ass! They emailed me an invoice for $3.99, and a one page "report" I could have gotten from a quick Google search, then a week later sent another invoice, this one for $19.99. But I was sick with the flu and didn't see the second invoice until early this morning. When I checked my account, I found they hadn't charged me 3.99. They just went right for the 19.99. Well there's no way to contact them. No phone number, no email. And the AI is useless. Sent me to Logitech's website. They're a computer software company, and there was no mention of this shitting company anywhere on their website. I had to call my bank and open a fraud claim and cancel my card. But I saved their "invoices", and told my bank They're welcome to them. I wish I knew who to take this to, to shut the crooks down!

Total scam.
Once they had my details for a one off they took the opportunity to take out six more increasing amounts until I spotted it.
I contacted my bank and had to cancel my card which is a royal pain in the ass but the bank delt with them. I’m now receiving refunds

Its a scam!! Another one fell to this scam. I signed up for a one off $3.99 report and FREE look at their website for 7 days. It does not say they then sign you up to an ongoing subscription after those 7 days. And there is no contact details or customer service number or email. The only contact is in the email noreply..
I have no idea if the email got through or not?
I have also contacted the payment provider Stripe.

All I wanted was to do the once off online test at $3.99, I'm in Australia so it ended up costing more due to the conversion rate. Then a few days later I get a charge on my account I didn't recognise. After a little research I found out I was automatically subscribed to their website/program. I have been back and forth with emailing them asking to cancel the subscription. They went on to say that it was a minimum 3 months subscription and I would either have to pay it all out at once or pay each month as it comes up then I can cancel. After a few more stern emails they said they would waiver one months fee. After a few more emails they finally decided to cancel my subscription. I didn't even bother asking for the $30 refund for the initial month as it all became too hard. I'm now worried that they will still take out the subscription next month as I can't find anywhere to cancel my payment details with them. So frustrated.

OMG!! I just stumbled across this only AFTER I agreed to pay $3.99 for a stupid test. Now I'm being charged $19.99 without notice and without approval!! I'm contacting my CC company to block this from happening. This is pathetic!

SCAM. Do not use. They sign you up for a monthly subscription with no upfront notice of such. Website is impossible to navigate to find a way to contact them. DO NOT DO IT. Save yourself the trouble.

I wish I read the reviews before using their service, please don't use their service they're a scam, after you pay them for the one-time report, they automatically enroll you in a 3-month program without your consent and you can't cancel until after the stipulated time, even to contact them is very difficult, and if customers are finding out hard to get in touch with a company, such service is not genuine. Don't fall for it, THEY'RE SCAM!

What a money grabbing awful company - even harder than most online AI companies to get out of the subscription or even find who to write to. I am going through my autistic journey and paid for a report for £3.99 which then signed me up for a £19.99 subscription per month!! I am currently out of work so that is a lot and I received the receipt for my first monthly payment which was a shock.
There is no where on the site to cancel and it says “contact us to cancel” but that also doesn’t tell you how to contact them.
I scrolled through the whole website and ended up going to the tiny footer at the end of the site with policies and contact.
An email back said there was a minimum term of 3 months and I could pay that up front if I wanted to .. but no reference to how to do that either!!!!
Shocking service on a site for vulnerable people - there are no experts contributing to the site and the few articles they have on there are all getented by AI.
