There was really big stains all over the top up the back and they were so notice able

Honestly they say that they reply within 24h and it is not true, I have been waiting for days, and when they finally decided to send an offer of 32£ I asked for which of the items this offer was for and they told me that it was for both of the items that I wanted to sell (17£ for a Gucci polo and 15£ for a Gianni Versace T-shirt). When I let them notice that the price was ridiculously low they didn’t even bother to reply anymore on WhatsApp.

I was a little nervous in case the products I ordered would not be in as good a condition as described and/or maybe arrive unclean or smelling of smoke. I was satisfied that the items were in the like new/very good condition as described, and they all looked and smelled clean. They were also individually wrapped in plastic - not great for the environment - but made it feel like I was buying brand new clothes from an online retailer. On the negative side, I emailed Haru with a query immediately after placing my order but I received a message to say that my email wasn't delivered. That was worrying as it was the first time I ordered and thought the website perhaps wasn't reliable/trustworthy. I also didn't receive a dispatch notice within a couple of days of ordering so that made me more nervous but I was then very surprised to receive the delivery within two working days of placing my order. I received the dispatch notice two days after I received the items. I had to return two of the items and had no problems at all with the email address provided for returns. The communication about the returns was also efficient. Overall, I was impressed with the clothes I ordered. If I didn't have the issue with using the 'hello' email address, I would have given five stars. Additional point 18/11/2023: Reduced to 3 stars as I went back to look for more clothes and it seems that the website now doesn't allow you to filter based on clothing size, condition, etc. It takes much longer to look for suitable items so this is very disappointing.

I ordered over £400 pounds worth of clothing Order number 2818. I have only received one out of the two items that I purchased, customer service may as well not be a thing, they clearly do not read emails as I have sent around 10 at this point. Just poor all round.

Honest company that does exactly what it proclaims including accuracy in product description and delivery times.

My order was acknowledged but I never got confirmation of dispatch. Order number 2812 - in case they read this. It is now two weeks. I have tried to contact Haru but the email address does not work. I also got a friend to check. Is Haru still in business? I can’t find another way to contact.
I would give zero stars if I could.

Having bought and sold with Responsible, all have been very good experiences. Buying is easy, returns are easy, selling is easy. Selling: Use the online web form. Get an offer on whatsup within 24 hours Say yes, use the link for the postage label, get it printed, put it your package, put it in Evri post and wait. Once arrived at Responsible they will look the items over. Then the payment is made fast within 24 hours, way less in my experience, payment was made within a couple of hours. Each item is paid for separately.
Offers to buy can be on the smaller side but if you want a quick injection of cash and not have to deal with ebayers or depoppers and their massive fees it is perfect.
