Outstanding Customer Service …

Customer Services at Responsible are outstanding! I've purchased a few items recently and had some issues, mainly shipping, which was out of their control, however the quick responses (despite it being just one person and overloaded with Christmas orders), personal service and additional help were absolutely brilliant. I wouldn't hesitate to source my kids' streetwear from Responsible US again and again. Sizes were a bit hit & miss on a couple of items but I think that depends if people have put them through tumble driers!

No response to request for refund , despite proof goods have been returned

Unfortunately I had to return my order ( not a problem with the product) .
This was done almost a month ago. Klarna have not reveived confirmation of the return so I can't get a refund .
Yodel tracking confirms return was made and delivered to Responsible.
I have tried emailing, phoning and messaging Responsible numerous times and there are never agents free to deal with the issue and no response to emails or messages.
Very frustrating .

I ordered a cardigan and a jumper

I ordered a cardigan and a jumper, they arrived quickly and were well packed. However the sizing was very wrong the jumper was meant to be a medium size and was very small the Cardigan was supposed to be a medium and was very large. The return of the items was easy and I was refunded quickly.
Sadly I don’t think I will be using the site again

Don't buy anything. It won't come

Very similar experience to a lot of the recent reviews. Ordered something two weeks ago. No dispatch, no delivery. Contacted the help email and received no response. Something has gone awry at Responsible and they aren't communicating that with their customers whilst also not sending out any orders purchased. I can't recommend buying anything from this store at this time.

Edit: they cancelled my order a few minutes after I posted this review.

Hey, I would just like to apologise for the lack of communication, we're dealing with a backlog from Black Friday and along the way have came across a few technical issues - unfortunately once an item had been bought, the item wasn't automatically delisting, meaning other customers were able to purchase the item. We've been working all week to resolve every single case and we will reach out to everyone with an answer. We're also aware of the feedback we have been receiving the past week, we take full responsibility of it and this has been a lesson for ourselves. I'm incredibly sorry again about all of this, especially about the communication due to the backlog.

No communication options to the store

No communication options to the store: the provided e-mail doesn't work (no active address). There's no phone number or any other communication option.
A reservation for an article bought on-line on 26/11/2023 has not been received at post address up until now (05/12/23) - and again, no option for communication with the store.

Love the idea of the company

Love the idea of the company, this time I ordered it took a week to reecive my items and tha packaging wasn't anywherenear as good as the first time I ordered.

I'd use you guys again, but I do think a week for delivery is pretty slow these days.

Ordered something for next day deliver…

Ordered something for next day deliver which still hasn't come over a week and a half later. Very hard to get hold of any support from the company itself and have been very unhelpful with letting me know what's going on. Usually a good experience with Responsible but this time the customer service has been terrible!

Didn’t turn up

Ordered from their site to find that the item I had bought had already been sold else where. I had to chase them up my self after days of it not turning up to find out what had happened.

I spent £104 on a full suit, only the jacket was sent, a fortnight later and 6 emails, still no reply from Haru. It seems they are running this is a skeleton business without a customer service team.

Stone Island shirt

Shirt purchased was advertised in excellent condition. Nice product, although on closer inspection there were a few minor stains looked unwashed and had some slight fabric damage on one of the arms and the badge was fairly worn.
Overall I’m not blown away as I believe the shirt in the condition was a tad overpriced.
