Haslem IT Excellent Service
Used Haslam IT recently for the first time to repair a broken screen on a Microsoft Surface PC. The service was both excellent and cheaper than either Microsoft themselves or a national repair outfit.
It was good to find a local repair outfit that I wouldn't hestitate to use again.

Computer problems solved!
Darrell was extremely helpful in sorting out my computer and Ipad very quickly and giving me advice about the way forward for me as I am not particularly computer savvy.I would certainly recommend him to others needing help as I have already.

Came to our rescue when the computer…
Came to our rescue when the computer froze. Advised on hardware upgrade and software updates took the machine away did the work and it was ready to return the next day. It’s like a new computer. Amazing!

My laptop screen had broken
I called Haslam IT as had an issue with the screen on my laptop. Not only did they fix it, but they lent me a laptop while they repaired it. I have also since purchased the laptop that he lent me for my daughter!!
Haslam give great service above and beyond.

Professional Job
Darrell did a first class job of convincing me he knew what he was doing and followed it up with sorting out the slow running of my iMac. Before I left his workshop he demonstrated that everything was working perfectly. So first class service from a dedicated professional I have no hesitation of recommending him.

The worst thing happened when something heavy fell on my computer and smashed the screen. I couldn't work; couldn't even see if the hard disk was damaged or not...
A nightmare for anyone and maybe especially for a Danish travel writer on tour in England, writing a book on the way...
But Darrell came to my rescue and after just 24 hours I had my checked and updated computer back with a new screen - the work done for a very reasonable price.
I am forever grateful. Thanks so much Darrell!

Laptop not powering up
Had a problem where my laptop would not turn on. Dropped it into Darrell at Haslam IT on the Friday afternoon and by the following morning it had been diagnosed as part of the power switch braking away, fixed and working again now.
First class service and a great price.

Haslam IT repaired my imac 24 inch just within a couple of days. Super fast service.
Apple store suggested it can't be fixed so better buy a new one.
Took it to Darrell Haslam and what a fantastic 5 star service from Haslam IT. Not only that they are extremely knowledgeable about all software hardware issues but also very reliable and economical. If Haslam IT can't fix your computer then don't think anyone else can.
