Darrell responded very quickly to my phone call to a problem with my internet connection to my laptop. I found him to be of a friendly nature and very professional and he soon identified the problem and got everything back up and working. He did initially replace some card in the computer to try to speed up its operation but on testing it the system did not seem to run any faster so he removed it and did not charge for that. To me this shows that he is person who can be trusted not to try to sell you something that is of no benefit. I shall use him again and I would highly recommend him.

I have an old computer on which I was trying to set up a new printer.
This through up several problems, which I could not resolve. Rather than get a new computer which I could not afford I called in Haslam IT.
Darrell soon sorted the problem. He showed efficiency, knowledge and consideration for the age of the computer and the operator. He explained all the options and spent several hours working on it managing to resolve the problem saving me a substantial amount of money. I would thoroughly recommend him to my friends. I would certainly use Darrell again.

I contacted Darrell due to the dreaded blue screen on my laptop. He was in the area and popped in to discuss what the possible causes might be and helped to put my mind at rest by telling me all might not be lost. Took the laptop away and I received an email that evening to say all fixed and for a more than fair price.
He also offered valuable advice on upgrades that could be made to the system to extends its life.
All in all, a great service and would have no hesitation in recommending to all.
