My mobile app for hastings direct cannot activate.To see the dashboard it wants verification code and it should be send to my given email address . I tryed dozen time but never sent verification code to my email .so i cannot use my mobile hustings direct app.

This company wasn't the cheapest,but still cheaper than most. I liked the way I was able to easily navigate the the app. The prices were fair and I was really satisfied.

Very difficult to access to the right option in your contact centre.btheybwere passing the call from one side to another with long waiting time

Easy to use online platform

As a customer I was very happy with the app based car insurance. Unfortunately a month before my renewal, they wrote to me saying they wouldn’t renew the policy. No real explanation, I’ve 15 years plus no claims, I’m retired so just social driving.
Maybe it’s because I’ve a Tesla Y which unfortunately can be written off, even in what appears to be a minor accident. Anyway I got sorted elsewhere very easily and will never use them again.

It is good value for money. Easy to set up and has instant access if you need help.

The policy cost and terms look very good on telematics policy. No one speaks about the Telematics policy when policy is being bought. But a small lettered clause where use of insurer phone by passengers is recorded against insurer history. Constant flow emails and messages with threat of cancelling the policy is nighmare. Stay away from this Insurerer. You get better policies with similar telematics. With cheap gadget this insurer is unreliable and good stay away from
