Hastings Direct is one of the best insurance company that I have had. Customer Service is excellent. Very easy and helpful app to use. I love the service and staff are always willing to help, very informative and easy to reach. I am happy and I will never leave.

It was or should of been a smooth experience ie old provider massively puts premium up so go on comparison site " brilliant same cover at a very reasonable price " so I sign up happy, trouble was my wife had been with Hastings before so when all fields on the screen auto completed happy days ,no silly me she has her own car and insurance so I'd end up with just being named driver on hers,here's where the five star rating comes in,one phone call answered quickly and clearly by a person who had the patience and skill to unravel my mistake and put things right without the bitterness of ooh there's an alteration fee ,now that is the sign of a good well run company ,well done.

I have my contents insured with you so I phoned up to see if I could get my outbuildings ,He told me I’ve got to go online cancel it redo it all he couldn’t do it. He couldn’t help me so I’ve got contents and outbuildings with you on separate ones where I could’ve had a cheaper deal, but because he couldn’t help me and that’s sort it myself, I just left it. Not good sales man

Good at setting up my insurance on the phone. Though when I used the message service to ask something about my car insurance the agent wasn’t listening to me.
