I have used the product 3 times till now, everything is great so far. Good product quality. Bad delivery though . 3 weeks delay due to Black Friday period.

Had some draining issues, reached out to support for assistance, quick and detailed response, when nothing helped they offered to send a replacement unit. Thank you!

I bought my Hava tt dishwasher in the black Friday sale, to replace another brand that was really not good. On opening the box I could see it was very well packaged. The outlet pipe is made of sturdy stuff and comes with a clamp, so no leakage.
Easy to fill and plenty of room for real sized dinner plates. I can fit 3 in at the moment but will be trying to see how much more I can fit in. I like that it has a cutlery box . I popped it on a quick wash and everything came out sparkling . It runs quieter than I thought it would. I'm very happy with this ☺️

Quick communication & quick resolution.

I wish this review would have been a positive one. I was excited to get this dishwasher for my new student apartment. However, I underestimated its size and realized that it probably wouldn't fit in my small kitchen. When trying to make a return I realized that Hava does not follow EU regulations for online purchases by enforcing a 25% re-stocking fee. Along with this they also enforce a shipping fee which their support have told me is €50-60.

This leaves me with a return fee totaling €128-138 for an item which I paid €315. That's more than 40% reduction in refund. I can understand the shipping fee, but the re-stocking fee is in my eyes just pure greed. The product have not even left the packaging.

Their customer support suggested that I should gift the product or sell it to someone.

I’m really happy with this dishwasher – it’s become an essential part of my home and has made my daily life much easier. Unfortunately, it once developed a problem with heating, but the customer service team was very responsive. They quickly sent me the necessary parts and clear video instructions, allowing me to fix it myself. Now it’s working perfectly again. It was a great learning experience and very satisfying to repair it on my own.

We have a tabletop dishwasher that started flashing an error message. Customer services were so helpful when we contacted them - they sent a video showing us how to check the heating element and then sent us a new one to replace it with straight away at no cost. It worked perfectly! So quick and much less hassle and waste than dealing with returning and/or replacing the appliance. Thanks!

I purchased the dishwasher as I’m in a two bedroom flat with no space for a large dishwasher when a dishwasher arrived I installed as per the instructions and for the first week it worked perfectly, I then decided to do an intensive wash as I had some dishes that were quite dirty And when I did this I got an error code on the machine, I didn’t think much about it I restarted the machine on a normal wash and it went through fine, come forward three or four weeks and the error code keeps popping up on all washes and I can’t use the dishwasher so I contact customer services they ask for a video to show the issue which I did,
It was at this point I thought I would either get a replacement or someone out to fix the issue,
The company then asked me to take apart the dishwasher to check for loose connections, I was skeptical but they sent a video on how to do it ,
Again I did this and sent over the video of the issue still persisting,
They then said they believed that it was a faulty heating plate . They sent me a link to one on Ali express , which matched my dishwasher ,
Again at this point I expected a replacement or an engineer to come out, considering it was less than a month old…
But no, again I was expected to take apart the dishwasher and replace the heating element which in all honesty takes about 25mins and is fairly simple but not something you expect to do on a new machine,
Java then sent me the replacement which took 2 weeks to arrive and it was then fitted, it’s been a week now and so far so good and the machine is cleaning better than it did when it was new so can only assume the heating element was never working properly in the first place ,
I would have given more stars but want to be honest, not having uk based customer services and costing me £10 on a phone call to speak to someone (America)
I know we live in a throw away society but feel like I should have been offered a replacement rather than parts for me to fix myself,
I feel had it been someone with less experience they wouldn’t have been able to do the repair themselves

I have changed my review as although the customer services is a bit slow they have been very helpful and since the repair themselves dishwasher had works faultlessly and cleans amazingly for such a compact machine ,

Had an error with my HAVA R09 dishwasher and support (special thanks to Jane) was fantastic. They quickly diagnosed the issue, sent me a replacement part, and guided me through the fix with patience and clear instructions. Dishwasher works perfectly again, great service and highly recommended!

My first ever dishwasher and I'm impressed with how well it cleans. Do I wish it can fit a bit more things? Yes, but I purchased it knowing the size limitations so can't fault them for that. It does fit my largest plates, which are about 11 inches, albeit at an angled position. The ability to fill it up with water is great instead of connecting to tap. The noise level during operation isn't an issue at all. Will definitely recommend for anyone who can't fit a full sized dishwasher. Also, Hava's customer support is top notch. I had an issue early on that turned out to be due to the detergent and Frankie was super helpful in pinpointing the root cause.

I purchased a Hava tabletop dishwasher, and unfortunately Fedex lost it. I reached out to customer support, and they quickly followed up, sending me a replacement. I greatly appreciate the exceptional customer service, thanks Frankie!

Super helpful, fast to reply and clear communication!

1. The washing machine has a nice clean appearance and cleans well. It is able to wash 3-5 tops at a time. Pants or coats are no problem either.
2. the washer is small enough that the sound of operation can be isolated in the bathroom without annoying noise spills or affecting the neighbors.
3. the customer support team is very good. I had serious logistical issues after purchase and after feedback on the issue they responded quickly and were helpful enough to eventually resolve the issue. I would like to express my gratitude to them.

R09 delivered very quickly and was well packaged. I love the dishwasher! I use Sainsbury’s own brand dishwasher tablets as they are smaller than the main brand ones so are better for a smaller dishwasher. Very please indeed!

I’m completely won over! The R09 dishwasher is just perfect—everything has been so thoughtfully designed. It’s very hygienic, high quality, practical, and above all, functional.
