This little dishwasher is great! So easy to use and does a great job. Great for one or two people. Would highly recommend!!

HAVA provides a great product and even better customer service. I purchased the dishwasher for use in my office and it has been perfect for our small team. The first dishwasher arrived with damage from shipping and within 24 hours a replacement was on its way. The whole experience was quick and easy, and the dishwasher itself is even kinda cute.

Had my dishwasher unit for several months now. Very happy with it. Has worked great. With some creative placement it can really hold quite a good bit. Very happy with the support I’ve received whenever I’d had a question or needed assistance in troubleshooting something. I use it without it being connected to a sink as it is rather large and didn’t fit on our countertop, but thanks to the design having two options for it to run, being able to pour water into the top, I have it set up in a unique way. I’m very glad I went with this unit and not another model that didn’t have the option to pour water in manually. Another option wouldn't have worked in my case.I have the water flow into an empty and dedicated trash bin that I’ll empty after a few cycles. Works for my set up and love having the ability to do so. I don’t mind doing dishes but really appreciate having that time back. Would certainly recommend.

HAVA customer support was extremely helpful to me. It's a complicated story but I was being a bit of a helicopter parent and sending my son a dishwasher. We realized too late that they were not permitted in my son's apartment and then various problems prevented me from discovering that there had been a problem with the shipper and the PO box. Even though I was really tardy figuring this out HAVA hung in there with me, helped me track down the dishwasher and then waved the restocking fee when I finally was able to send it back. It was a long process but the department always responded to my emails in a polite, timely and reasonable fashion. Based on the quality of their customer service, I expect their dishwasher is excellent.
