Just bought the Hava R09 mini dishwasher and it's a game changer. It arrived very very quickly, quicker than I expected, to be exact it arrived 2 days after I ordered it and it was easy to set up.
Works a dream my dishes are shining.
I have osteoarthritis in both hips and both knees and I live alone so this is perfect for me.
Wish I had bought one earlier, also I cam get more in than I expected

I had some issues with the shipping process, but the customer service was very responsive and helpful. They really helped me to solve the problem. Highly recommended and great service! Other than that, the product is also really cool! It's not noisy and also very quiet even in "spin" mode. Awesome!

Good customer service - true to their word. The design of the product is good. Unfortunately, the item we received was dysfunctional (LED Panel) and could not be operated. HAVA gave us various options to remedy the situation which we appreciated. There is no telling what happen to the product to arrive in a dysfunctional condition (i.e. package handling, transport conditions, etc.).

The customer support (Arya) solved my issue very efficiently, quickly and friendly. Thanks!

I bought A HAVA Table top dishwasher, looked on there website and viewed the pictures and looked good only to know that the plates I have does not fit in the dishwasher, I contacted the company and explained and wanted to return it, I never used or installed the dishwasher, obviously you have to take it out and open it to see if plates bowls fit, I was gobsmacked and shocked that they were going to charge me 25% of the price including postage to send back. I have never been so insulted and given bad service like this before,

When I first got the Hava T01, I wanted to return it because I realized it only washes clothes with cold water, not warm. That was already a downside for me. Then, I noticed a big issue with the drainage system — you can really only use it in a bathroom, which is inconvenient.
However, I decided to give it a try and used it today. I ended up keeping it, but I had to wash my clothes twice on the 65-minute cycle because some stains didn’t come out the first time. After the second wash, when the program finished, I took the clothes out and they were still soaking wet and very heavy to carry.
So overall, I don’t think the machine works as well as it should — especially considering how wet the clothes are after the wash.

I had an issue with my dishwasher. I contacted Customer Support who quickly answered and helped me identify the problem. I received a new heating plate and videos demonstrating how to replace it so I could do it myself. It was not very difficult thanks to the tutorials and now my dishwasher works just fine. Customer Support replied fast, politely, and sent me everything I needed to resolve my issue. I thank them for their services.

I first bought the countertop dishwasher, and was so impressed that when I saw they added a portable clothes washer I bought that too without any research. I was right to do so and have benefitted tremendously from both. I am off grid on 17 acres with only solar power and well water. Both of these made my life easier and cleaner.
As far as customer service is concerned, we could all do well by taking a page out of their book. They are gracious, polite and responsive. They assess any problem and make it fully possible to resolve it. Each machine needed maintenance or repair once after two years. Done by me with their guidance. Even that is satisfying since I end up feeling capable. Everything is running well and normally as a result. They have made my life better.

I just LOVE my little dishwasher! As a family of three without a dishwasher in our house, this has saved the day! It's almost always running! 😆 When it guit working after several months, I panicked! I reached out to customer service and received an IMMEDIATE response. Turns out, the hose was clogged! A simple fix!! Back to business! Great product and fantastic customer service! 👏 😁

I received this little compact suis très contente du R01! dishwasher almost two weeks ago, and it's clearly made my day-to-day life a whole lot easier! I don't have a water inlet to allow connection of a conventional dishwasher, so this one fulfills its promises perfectly: the fact that I can fill it directly (5 L tank, dishwasher supplied with a jug) and drain the water into my sink is very practical and is what convinced me to buy it. Shipment was very quick and the dishwasher was well protected. Installation was child's play, and the fact that the user instructions are well translated is a plus. So far, I'm very satisfied with my purchase. I'm waiting to see how the dishwasher ages over the months and uses.

Our dishwasher never functioned properly, customer service is only in english and they copy and paste the same reply to you everytime. Absolutely shitty customer service.

I wonder if these positive comments are even real.

The portable washing machine works unbelievably well, and Hava's customer support is very friendly and helpful.

Essie was patient and understanding when addressing the issues with a new HAVA unit.

customer service was overall good, giving timely responses, and good instructions for how to identify where the leak was coming from. They just didn't believe that there were other problems going on than their first suggestion. Eventually I was able to solve the problem with some more tinkering.

First off please know I am very hard to please. I purchased the HAVA Countertop dishwasher and am so very pleased and happy with my purchase. I was hesitant at first for a countertop dishwasher, and this unit performed above and beyond my expectations! It is a wonderful unit, fully self sufficient, and is a superb add to our dining in the house experience! Do NOT hesitate to buy or use.

First of all, excellent customer service. Very helpful and caring. I ordered an air dishwasher and I live in Illinois. Since it came from a distance, there was a problem inside the machine due to the error of the cargo. I was very upset and wrote an e-mail to customer service. Customer service sent a new dishwasher, can you believe it? You are all wonderful. Thank you all very much. If there were 10 points, I would give 10 points. You are the best in America.
