I've never actually received a box from them. I started getting billed monthly and despite having documented emails to the company requesting them to stop billing, they continue. I've now been billed for three months and have never received anything. I'm disputing with my credit card.

I hate services that make it impossible to cancel. Once you contact them (and get off hold), you have to be firm that you want to cancel through five different sale pitches. Totally sucked for me and the salesperson. Not a company I would recommend at all.

The worst subscription scam on the web
There are so many things wrong with this company that it’s difficult to pick just one issue to start with. Probably the most glaringly scammy issue is that unlike most every other subscription service, you can’t actually cancel a Haverdash subscription online — not on their website and not through email — but must instead call their customer service line between Monday and Friday from 9am to 5pm, when most people are at work. Cant call during those hours? Too bad! Subscription renewing on a weekend? Too bad because they don’t refund you anything for unused credit. I love subscription services and participate in many, and all but the outright scams (like Haverdash apparently) block customers from cancelling a membership online.
The next glaring issue is the slow turn around time for receiving garments, paired with stipulations on how many items you can receive and how they must be shipped back together. During my 30 day trial it took about a week before I was sent any items despite meeting their minimum requirement of items in my closet. In order to “speed up the process”, according to customer service, they shipped items separately, meaning they absolutely have the ability to trade out items as they are received and not only do so in bundles of three. The problem is, the first item I received didn’t fit — the size was selected based on their recommendation. The second item I received did fit, although it took two more days to receive. The final item, which came another two days later, also didn’t fit. And that would be fine if I could send it back to swap sizes — but that’s not allowed. So I had to sit on two items I couldn’t wear just to be able to get ANY use out of my first shipment which was horribly delayed. When I sent an email, they offered a $20 credit which I thought was good customer service, but it didn’t really help that the policies meant I had only been able to wear one item in about two weeks of having a trial membership.
I will give credit that the return process was speedy, and the second shipment did actually come in quicker than the first hodgepodge of items arriving whenever they felt like it. But I once again received an item that fit horribly, and once again, I was stuck sitting on it if I wanted to be able to wear the other items. I decided to purchase 1 of the items because it was cute and a good price, but even though that cut my rentals back to two, the company policy is basically that that’s too bad and I don’t get any more clothing for my THREE ITEM MEMBERSHIP until I send back the other items (one of which didn’t fit.)
During my trial membership, I got two shipments total with only 3 wearable items. Unless I were to wear the items immediately on consecutive days of wearing them and return them as soon as I took the last item off my body and threw it in the mail, there’s no possible way to have received more items during a 30 day period. And in reality, I only actually received 3 wearable items. That would amount to $60 for 3 items and $11 for the item I decided to purchase (which was one of those 3 items.)
It gets worse though. The day before my trial membership expired, I decided that because there was one dress I had really been wanting to try still waiting in my closet, I would suck it up and give the paid membership a chance and just send things back until I got that dress. It was on clearance on the designers website which meant it would be non returnable if I ordered from there and discovered it didn’t fit — and it was $89. I signed in the next day — today — to add items to my closet and recheck that my dress was set to priorities only to find that Haverdash removed the item from my closet. No warning. Just poof, the one item I held out and paid the membership for had been removed. Emailing the company proved to be an absolute waste. Apparently, they can remove any item they want from your closet if they decide to “retire” it. They told me it was my fault for having “older” items in my closet. This coming from a company whose supply is frequently unable to be added to closets because they are CONSTANTLY out of stock of pretty much any cute item they have. I have spent hours scrolling through the utter trash clothing they add to their inventory, and it’s abysmal. I want to have 20 items to choose from but the reality is, out of hundreds of filler items they stock, I can only find about 10 at any given point that are decent looking and available to closet. And by the way, available to closet doesn’t mean “available.” You can prioritize items all you want, but the company’s poor planning and lack of inventory means you’ll be sent all the items you added just to meet your minimum requirement of items.
I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone — even for the $30 referral fee — because I’d feel personally responsible for helping Haverdash scam money out of them. Avoid at all costs.

Horrible Scam to Steal Money
Horrible. Keeps charging my card $62 every month after I contacted them and told them to stop. I got Haverdash for a month as a GIFT and now they have charged me hundreds of dollars in recurring charges and won't stop. I want a full refund for every month they stole $62 from me.

The price is great but still not worth it
The price is great but the amount of time to review clothing is too long. Sometimes you have to wait weeks to receive something making it a complete waste of money! Customer service doesn’t help much and will offer you $20 off the next month which doesn’t help when you aren’t receiving what you paid for to begin with. Very disappointing.

They have extremely limited clothing
They have extremely limited clothing, bland items of clothing. If you want to cancel, they make you call.. beg you to stay. If you already paid for the month, you don’t even get to use the rest of the month that you paid for, no refunds. This has been a complete wast of money and time for me. Would not recommend

The service itself is great, but it has slowed down quite a bit and customer service is kind of a garbage fire.
This company is terrible
This company is terrible zero communication. I returned my items when covid hit, and thought I canceled my membership. Today I got an email from a collection agency for over $300. I haven’t heard anything from them via email, mail or phone in 6 months and now they are just ruining my credit.

I really love it!
I really love it!! I was skeptical, I've tried other clothing subscriptions and they were huge let downs. In my first month I've got 3 boxes (and I'll probably sneak another one in there), I've liked every item and they fit, plus I've LOVED some and kept them. I thought that this wouldnt be affordable or worth it but it SO is. Plus it's fun getting to try and wear different pieces all the time. I highly recommend.
Easy and intuitive to use
The app is easy to use and very intuitive. I especially like the feature to scan the barcode on return packages to notify Haverdash of the shipment.
Fast shipping and fun to add new stuff…
Fast shipping and fun to add new stuff to my closet all the time. It's a perfect set up for me to keep trying new styles without taking up unnecessary closet space.
Easy to use
Easy to use and app is makes it simple to return clothing for next delivery
Perfect for my work and lifestyle
Going from a career in fashion to non-profit presented some challenges to my wardrobe. I crave newness and novelty, but I also know that what I need to wear to work at a non-profit is not what I wear outside of work. When I worked in fashion, my work and weekend wardrobes were very much one in the same. With Haverdash, I can wear professional clothes to work without having to worry about what to wear and about laundry! I look great for work and get daily compliments on pieces I would never think of buying for my closet. I have, however picked out a few things to keep; things I know I will want to wear again and that fit well. I love that I can get 3 things every week without commitment. The clothes are in great condition and returning is so easy. Compared to other clothing subscriptions, Haverdash fits my style needs and budget.
Simplicity & Excitement
Being a Haverdash user adds simplicity and excitement to my weekly routine. Since subscribing, I have gotten so many compliments on the clothing, saved money from buying expensive items to wear only ONCE, and had fun adding fabulous options to my closet every day. It’s my guilty pleasure and I’m not apologizing for it! :)
Overall very good experience
Overall very good experience. Last box had two dirty or ripped garments so that was disappointing.
Slow shipping
Slow shipping, inconsistent sizing of clothing , inconsistent availability of common sizes make this a waste of money.
Edit: No one has been in touch with me and the final box before I cancel has taken a week to ship (even though I return notified!).

I never used and they wouldn't allow me to be refunded. I had to call in vs able to cancel online. Only open M-F, 9-5pm. Annoying & frustrating.
