Haverdash 

I just received my first Haverdash box and was sorely disappointed. I was very excited to receive it but when I tried on the two sweaters that I ordered they were crop tops. I double-checked the website/models and they must've been wearing EXTREMELY high wasted jeans in the photo. Granted I am 5'11, but these two tops barely touched the middle of my torso. I will be canceling after this month, not only were these tops poorly exampled, but they do not offer Longs in pants. I would rather shop stores directly and spend the money since I know I'll be truly satisfied and not have such a long wait.

These reviews must all be fake (everyone who posted a positive review has only ever posted 1 review and the majority of the positive reviews are posted in the same week in September...)

This is a review from someone who actually tried the service. The box took so long to ship and there is no communication on when they will ship. It was an absolute guessing game. I had to travel for work and requested to change the address but they could not do anything about it and I was told 'too bad'. I ordered once and canceled because of the terrible service but was charged the full monthly amount. Such a waste of my money and customer service did not help at all.

EDIT: They said they are reaching out to me by email and have not yet 2 days later. Please prioritize actually solving the issue instead of posting on Trustpilot with nothing that will help me.You care about prospective customers reading this but not about resolving existing customers' problems. I also have RTR unlimited and recently faced a small issue with them that was resolved quickly and professionally. This is disappointing and not what I expect at all.

I love that I can try new styles and, if they don't work, I can send them back easily. I don't waste buying clothes that I may only wear once - perfect for my reduce - reuse - recycle philosophy.

I've been lucky that my boxes have been coming pretty quickly. That may be because where I am based is physically closer to the warehouse.

What I would love to see is that Haverdash expands to petite and plus sizes. I like to look at the measurements and while an L may fit me, it is way too long for my body.

Took 10 days to get get first box. I did the return notification so I would get my next box quick and it took 5 days. Nothing fit right from the first box and only 1 item fit right from the second box. It is hard for me to get right fitting clothes which is why I tried this. They take your measurements and size in order to offer your correct size, but that did not work. The size suggestion that they offered was still small. In the second box they sent a heavy long sleeve top that is too heavy to wear this time of year and they sent two items from the first box but in a bigger size. I would have preferred something different. I will get one more box this month and see how it goes, but I think I will not be keeping this subscription.

Haverdash has been a godsend. I always want to try new trends but am never wanting to commit to actually buying them. Haverdash lets me try out new pieces to see what I'd actually like to add to my wardrobe! I haven't had any issues yet. Customer service has been great when contacted, and my boxes have always shipped with no issues!

I'm someone who struggles to keep my online shopping in check, and Haverdash helps me satisfy that urge without the big credit card bill (hallelujah). I love being able to wear bold statement pieces without the commitment of buying, and the time I spend doing laundry has gone down too. Every time I've worn something from Haverdash, I get compliments - it definitely makes me feel like I've got my S*** together in the wardrobe department.

I was using another clothing subscription service for over 5 years but had been unimpressed with their selection for a while when I first saw an Instagram ad for Haverdash, and I knew it was much more my style. I switched right away and haven't looked back! As it's a newer company, there are still a few kinks to work out (the time between notifying Haverdash of your return, and when they actually ship your next box, could be shorter), but overall I'm in love. 10/10 would recommend

Signed up for Haverdash for the first time in September. Very easy to use their platform/website on desktop view, mobile site view and now that they have a mobile app, that is extremely easy too!

It takes about one week for the dresses to arrive, since they use USPS service, it’s about 1-2 days to process and then 3-4 business days for shipping. I signed up on 9/1, received my first box on 9/7. Wore every item and then shipped it in the return label they provide on 9/10. Received my next box on 9/16. Pretty good considering it’s USPS!

Quality of clothing is amazing. Affordable brands with beautiful fabrics. I feel so comfortable in every item I’ve tried so far.

Love the ease of Haverdash's platform and being able to have a rotating closet! I've tried a few other clothing subscription services and Haverdash is coming into its own. They're constantly adding new styles and pieces and their customer service reps are extremely helpful.

It’s great if you find yourself loving a piece of clothing when you buy it and being sick of it after a few wears. I hate having to ship it back though bc it wont fit in a regular mailbox so I have to go to the post office.

This is the third rental service I have used and I love it. The price point is less than the competitors and I've been really happy with the selections. I also really like being able to mix my returns to keep loved items even longer without holding up future shipments. I have also found customer service super responsive the times I have need to work through an issue. They clearly care about their customers happiness.

I have been a member of Haverdash since May 2019. They are constantly adding selection and shipping/turnaround time is fast. I love that you can notify-return the items and get your next box in queued up. The items are on-trend and in season, and allow me to feel fashionable and relevant without spending a fortune on unsustainable fast fashion. I am really pleased with the service and hope they are able to continue to scale because renting clothes is the way to go!

I have really loved the service. The clothing and brands are top notch. Such a beautiful selection is so fun to try out new things. The shipping time can be improved but otherwise I have nothing but good things to say about this company.

I have been using Haverdash for a few months now, and love it!! On my health journey, it is awesome to be able to rent clothes that fit me now. (I would like to see a larger variety of sizes in the future.) I also love the ability to try out trends in a less wasteful way. The styles are really great, especially the Vince Camuto pieces - my faves! I appreciate that I get to choose my options, keep items for as long as I want, and shipments are super easy. And when I found my new favorite pair of jeans, I purchased them to keep forever. So happy to be using Haverdash!

This is an awesome clothing rental service. New options are added every week (If not more frequently), And you add only the outfits that you like to your closet. Then you’re shipped three items that you already chose to try out and wear for as long as you’d like. This is great because as someone who likes to wear new outfits all the time, I feel like this is an ecologically friendly way to save resources by buying new pieces all of the time (as well as saving time and money!). When you’re ready to get new things you just login and mark that you’re shipping back the old items or that you’re keeping something that you really love, and then new items come your way almost immediately! Always have something cute to wear without buying trendy items to wear 2-3 and then live in your closet or, worse, enter a landfill. Very much enjoy this service and would recommend.
