Our Help to Buy survey was organised incredibly quickly and carried out with real professionalism. Communication throughout the whole process was clear, friendly, and efficient, which made everything feel effortless.
The team were absolutely brilliant. They managed to fit us in at short notice, and the report arrived much faster than expected. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others.
A special thank you to Amanda and Liz — Amanda handled the organisation with impressive efficiency, and Liz was both professional and personable on the day of the survey. The timely report has really helped move our remortgage process forward.

I contacted Liz and Amanda to get a probate valuation and this was quickly arranged. Liz arrived promptly and carried out a thorough inspection and throughout was polite and professional. The report was delivered within a few days and I was very pleased with the service throughout.
