Final Post: Aug. 22, 2020. We agreed upon an ungraded receiver they actually had in stock, and at an even better price than listed. Was shipped and arrived within the week.
Update: Week has passed. Receiver has not been sent. Today is Aug 18th. Order placed July 11th.
Update: Customer service called, item on back order and is to be sent in a few days. He was kind and responsive. Will change to 5 Star if / when item received.
Original Review: Ordered a Yamaha receiver July 11th. Called or emailed each week to check on status. Told shipping next week from another warehouse or will be sent soon. Listed price was great. Today is August 11th, order still says 'processing', after a month. No receiver ever sent, canceled order. I have the original order email confirmation from HD Vision Works if anyone wants to verify. Thankfully they have not charged my credit card.

Very easy to order now just have to wait for the delivery.

I've been watching and reading, I finally decided it was time to purchase, so I did it! Later you'll see a review about the product and how fast it shipped!

Update (Jan 2021): They never fixed my issue. I have given enough time (about 6months) to fix the problem. But they never did. Now I am not even sure if this is a real business or fake website. I am giving 1 star only because there is no way to give zero stars.

Update: HD Vision Works called me after seeing this review and promised to fix the problem and give me store credit for my inconvenience. I am waiting on them to keep the promise.

Do not buy from this website. I ordered a Yamaya RX-V685 on July 21. from this website when it said the delivery estimate is 7-10 days. But it is passed 10 days and the product hasn't shipped. When I called them they came up with different excuses every single day, such as "Our system is rebooting call in one hour", "Your credit card did not go through", "The warehouse is closed due to COVID", etc. etc. But actually it appears they don't have any physical stock to ship. They seem to be a drop-shipper that relies on other warehouses to ship the orders they take online on this website.

CALLED THEM AND THEY PICKED UP SAID THEY HAD THE PROJECT AND TO ORDER ONLINE NOW IM WAITING FOR THE ORDER!!!

The item I purchased was a Definitive Technology SuperCube 4000 and this was definitely the best price on the web. I had been looking for about three weeks and Best Buy had an Open Box with flaws for about 100.00 less, but this as new couldn't be beat. Seven days free shipping, I little long for someone as impatient as me, but the savings will be worth the wait.
