Placed an order in September which I still haven't received; my emails requesting a refund have never been responded to, just an automated reply asking me not to write them a bad review; they are not answering their phone lines, their customer service section is now down on their website.

Not sure what is happening with this company atm? Their contacts page is down and customer services has stopped communicating with me about an order that I placed in November. No sign of the order or a refund......

In summary, item paid for over 6 weeks ago has not been received, customer service does not respond to queries, and no refund received.

I experienced same as other reviews it's coming from America. Been waiting since beginning December for lutein.bi will not be using again. If you can not supply you should refund. ***They have gone in to administration. I got my refund via PayPal.

I have ordered from this company before on a few ocassions but never had the problem as I have this time. Waited over 3 months for Vitamin B12 to arrive to be told each time "Oh your order will come" and that they could not give me a refund. They did eventually come to which they told me they were coming from America. I will not be buying from this company again and this would be my advice to anyone. Customer service is appalling and likewise of other people they do not answer your emails......Excuses after excuses never heard such a thing. Deleted my account with them now.

Please do not order from them. Ordered magnolia 3 months ago. No order, emails not answered, and blocked me on facebook when I put a bad review. Money is gone. DO NOT USE THEM. U will not get a refund neither will u get your order.

I have used this company for some considerable Time but after placing and paying for my £35 order in August 2020 the goods failed to arrive, I was given excuses 1st it's covid then it's my email address then it's my PayPal account that I never use I may add and told to wait a total of 53 days from the time i placed my order before I contact them again. They finally returned my payment. After exactly 3 months the package arrived with no posting date so I contacted them to return the package, they wanted me to pay to return it and refund to my account ( not going to happen) then I was instructed to take to the post office or give it to my post man, post in a letterbox ( Don't fit) post office refused to take it as they didn't deliver it, so I'm running around trying my best and getting nowhere so I told the company I have had enough and its bad customer company relationship to expect me to do this and I'm not doing any more as it's their problem, they let me keep the goods but I ordered from another company. So be wary of this company and the goods came from Wales and I live in Nottinghamshire so why take so long to arrive 😏😡

over 1 month from the already super long delivery date and no products. No response from customer service either. Companies should not be in business with such poor customer service

Placed an order in early December. £53 pounds down the drain.

All I've got to show for it and my attempts to contact them is a generic email saying nothing, but asking me not to leave a negative review.

Guess I ignored the last bit.

Update: I managed to find contact details for a man who's linked in page claims is the managing director and co-founder. I emailed him and he tells me the business is in administration - so the main question is why is the site still live and taking orders and money?

NEVER NEVER USE THIS FIRM

Awful. Placed order for vitamins months ago and received nothing at all. Chased and chased and chased and they send the same email..it's on its way and you can't cancel it. Now 6 months later nothing has arrived...no communication and now I'm having to take legal proceedings.

If I could give this company no stars I would. They are total con artists that should be reported by Trust Pilot for so many other 1* reviews. You write to their customer services and just get computerised responses. Ordered product that has never shipped. Will never, ever use them again and really suggest everyone stay away from this disreputable company

Ordered on 6th October 2020 and STILL not received my order, which, including £9.60 for p&p(!!) cost me £39. I have sent numerous emails and had all the covid and it comes straight from america excuses but now they are not even replying, not even an automated response!! Disgusting company and service!
Had used them before but will NEVER use them again!

Terrible experience , this company is a scam and I do not understand how is possible that they are still allowed to steal money with the excuse of selling supplements .

Have used them before with no problem, but my last order was in early October and has still not arrived. I emailed after 2 months and got a reply saying the item was on its way from the US, but have chased them again and got no reply. It's only £10 so I have written it off, but be warned. Won't ever use them again.

Worst site ever. Placed an order back in October and still ot has not arrived. Contacted them several times now and all im getting now is automated response emails. They have stopped live chat etc. I have asked for refund of money but to no avail so, as it currently stands they have £39 of my money and I have no items to show for it. Disgraceful company, extremely poor customer service. Overall a load of bull s***!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.
They take your money and never send the item. I ordered on the 10th Nov. Over 2 months later still no order and the company have been ignoring me for weeks.
I will be taking this further.
Disgusting how they have done this to many others also.

I never received my order and have contacted the company numerous times and have not received a response.
