I have struggled with sleep for years, my mum recommended these and i can honestly say i now wouldn’t be without them! I fall asleep much more easily, i have a lot less 3am wake ups and if i do wake i fall asleep a lot wuicker than before. I feel as though my sleep quality is so much better and wake feeling as though i have slept deeply and feel more energised for the day ahead. They taste great! I have one with hot water every evening. 100% recommend!

Great tastes, both versions, price not so much! Does it work?? I haven’t noticed any drastic changes but have just ordered a 60 day box so… We’ll see? In the meantime I’ve just got to remember to drink it every night!!!

Since ive started taking health metal magnesium im actually sleeping at night, I'm 59 in the menopause and have fibromyalgia, so sleeping was not always guaranteed. It's a tangy lemon drink that a mix with tonic and ice, its part if my evening routine now, I swear by this product and would highly recommend it to anyone

I sleep slightly better when having the drinks. Not brilliantly just a bit better. The raspberry lemon flavour is vile but they did being out a mango and pineapple one which is much nicer to drink.

Although I had only been taking it a short time I do think it was beginning to help, unfortunately for unforeseen issues I had to stop taking it but I’m definitely going to get back on it

Great magnesium drink tastes delicious enjoy my nightly drink well reading before I go to sleep gentle on the stomach and feel it is better than tablets as easily absorbed 👍

On my second lot of sachets. I mix mine with sparkling water half an hour before I go to bed. I find it very refreshing and it also helps me relax. My sleep is so much better and I am thankful to you all for that.

I have tried others, but TBH this product deffo taste the better, although the juries out on the latest flavour for me , Prefer the lemon/lime version but that’s only my opinion, but it doesn’t take away from being a good product

I woke up with a migraine every morning after taking these as prescribed. I felt terrible. Therefore I cannot recommend them.

Great taste and it does give you peace in mind which allows a very good nights sleep.

Excellent product for restless legs, aging aches and better, deeper sleep.
Tastes lovely with hot water or sparkling mineral water. I haven't tried the new flavour but the original raspberry and lemon is delicious. I look forward to drinking it each evening, half an hour or so before heading to bed.
Best part, I wake up rested and refreshed. Good price, always delivered promptly every 3 months.

I found the lemon taste like Lemsip and the powder didn't fully dissolve in cold water. The pineapple one was much nicer. I didn't notice any difference in my sleep pattern as I still woke up several times in the night. I did however have very vivid dreams which I didn't like. I still have a few days left of the extended trial so I will keep gong, but I can't see me ordering more.

Efficient service and so far believe the drink helps me get to sleep and more importantly get back to sleep,when I wake in the night. A friend recommended it and I’ve recommended it too and think the five free samples is an excellent trial.

Love the flavour. Been taking these for over a month now. Can notice I’m sleeping better, however, still suffer from restless legs which is why I bought this product. All in all a nice taste. If any bad point it would be the price!

Loved the flavour..very refreshing..i order them but didnt use straight away but after 3 days i did sleep better...

Great product l think l will get more benefits from it the longer l take it l have only just started taking it.
