My apologies for this. Usually, with a lot of products, the manufacturing country of origin is pretty evident, but the source of all the ingredients (or a specific ingredient) globally can be a bit difficult to get a concrete answer on unless you manage to get through to a specialist directly at the company that makes the product themselves.
In any event, yes, I do see you were refunded when we received the return on July 7th (at which time you should have received a confirmation email). Usually, the refund takes around 3-5 business days to actually get posted back to the method of payment (in this case, your Visa). If you still don't see it posted in the next few days, you can absolutely reach back out to our Customer Support team.

I really like the quality of this…
I really like the quality of this product. It is one of the best protein products I have tried. Some protein products have a bad taste or upset my stomach, but this one tastes great and my body accepts it very well. I haven’t experienced any irritation or discomfort. I am very happy with it and highly recommend it, especially for people who are recovering from illness or have a sensitive stomach.
