Shipping and delivery

My genuine apologies for those chocolate bars being cancelled/refunded on the order you placed on July 1st.
Generally, yes, we honestly do typically wait to ensure we get stock in to fulfill the entire order, and then ship out the full order at that time. We'd rather not cancel products that a customer wants from their order.
We would only opt to cancel if it appears that the product is on a temporary backorder, and/or we know we won't be getting in anymore for some time (more than 4-5 days).
I do see the product is back in stock right now, as we only recently got a shipment in.
But it is at the regular price. That being said, we would be more than happy to honour the sale price on that product for you if you place another order -- you would just have to send us an email (to support@healthyplanetcanada.com) with the Order # once placed, and we can ensure we refund you the difference, as well as waive the shipping fee, provided you order the same ~6 units or more in quantity. You can send it to my attention (ATT: NICK) to ensure it's done immediately.

As I don't reside in Ireland at the present time, I had hoped I could first speak with a customer service specialist before purchasing gifts. Email I sent to different locations were not acknowledged, even though some of my email were addressed to senior staff, whose names are posted on the soundstore website. Despite an eight hour time difference, once I spoke with Barry, who seemingly wears many hats, my items were dispatched via An Post. Due to the difficulty I encountered reaching Soundstore personnel, which resulted in my placing the order later than originally intended, I was hoping Barry could expedite my order. This was not an option, but I'm grateful to Barry and Ronan for doing their best.

I like Healthy Plant for lots of reasons. One is Canadian products, which is important right now. Website is easy, and frequent discounts on the products I like. I paid much more for some things before finding HP. Also like their real stores. Staff are helpful, fun sometimes to shop in person.
