While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Heatflow and gas Ltd

This company man, Vijay Singh, a director of the company as well, is not a person of integrity. We called him on Sunday, 16/6/2024, for an emergency because the water was leaking water from bathtub. He didn't explain to us that £79 is a call-out charge. After attending the property, he rudely told ladies that we had to pay him £79 whether they didn't want to fix the jobs. There were ladies; he took advantage, and just for 33 minutes of job, he charged us an inflated price of £269. We are taking him to the consumer court for his dishonesty. Everyone should be careful when calling him for a job.

Not what it says on the tin!

I bought two of these although, like another reviewer, I got three which I didn’t order. They arrived and I tried them. As others have said, they are not good and do not do what they are advertised to do and do not provide the heat suggested.
I paid through PayPal and contacted the company for a refund. To be fair, they responded immediately, telling me where I needed to return them to and that they would refund me as soon as they received the goods. I sent them back on the Tuesday and had a full refund by 1.30pm on the Wednesday so I can’t fault them in that respect. It’s a real shame that they don’t do what the advertising suggests. The advert is over egged so try not to be taken in like me. I’m lucky and got a refund. Good luck everyone.

Scam!

Do not buy this product! They scammed me for 3 heaters when I only ordered one. They will not respond to my emails.

laughably bad

The ability of this product to merit three stars on Trustpilot after three one-star reviews is as crazy as the firm's laughably bad Youtube ad for their junk $3 alibaba products. Note that the 'scientist' in the video who turned down millions for the idea is the same person as one of the happy customers!

I fell for the misleading advertising…

I fell for the misleading advertising and bought one. It is the biggest load of rubbish I have ever wasted money on.Yes it emits heat but hardly enough to heat a shoe box let alone a room. I gave up using it because it did nothing apart from use electricity for no reason. It is cheap looking flimsy and a complete waste of money.
