Jeromy quickly understood my support request and guided me to the section of the payment system that required customer approval for auto payments. His support was prompt and effective, enabling me to assist my customer efficiently. Everything is now set up to begin receiving payments starting September 1, 2025.

Had the account for less than a day. I get a transaction for $7500 and safety and trust declined the account after it was approved! I contacted the customer and they said it hasn’t refunded but it has been posted to their account. I asked via email on how long it will take for the customer to get the refund they said 1-5 business days. I searched their website in help. It said 1-10 business days. It been over 14 business days and nothing has been resolved or refunded! Look like I lost $7500 in merchandise and they won’t respond!
Forbes said best for small businesses but think again it’s not! They are the worst! I’ll stick with JIM.com they are way better at 1.99% per transaction better the helcim at 4.07% plus $0.75…

We are West Vancouver based accounting firm. Helcim is fast and reliable. Their system is modern and easy to use. Our on boarding agent Ana was really helpful and informative as well. Whole transition process was way smoother than reaching out the support team of our previous provider. We definitely recommend.

With great equipment and a fabulous team, Helcim is outstanding. Being new in business and somewhat new with POS systems, they have made my experience (which can be very intimidating) very easy. With a quick response to a couple of issues and a few questions, they have guided me to resolutions needed. Jocelyn was great and patient during the tour and made me feel at ease. I switched to Helcim for payment processing about a year ago. I was looking for a solution that had low payment processing fees and that had a built in invoicing solution, as well as a solution that allowed ACH transfers and had reasonable rates for those. Helcim seems to deliver on all counts, so I signed up and tried it for a few months for a handful of clients before switching over in full. I’m saving vs my previous provider and the service and support has been great. I recently ran into an issue with an invoicing feature and submitted a support ticket. Despite being on the weekend, Brandon got back to me within an hour or two and was able to identify the problem and provide me with a workaround. Four days later, he updated me that not only had the issue been fixed, they were able to make a minor enhancement that would save me some time when creating invoices. I can’t imagine getting that kind of service at a larger company - I’d highly recommend them.

Owning and operating different businesses, my situation came with different types of unique needs and challenges that needed to be addressed. The staff from all of the different departments that I have worked with have been helpful and capably knowledgeable to handle my accounts.

Kosy fixed a problem that I had created 2 support tickets for and waited 5 days for trustandsecurity@H team to respond to my email which they never have.
My 1 week old problem festered and I started looking for a new provider due to unresponsive support. Kosy turned it all around, found a solution, directly contacted the internal resource to fix the issue and followed up after it was complete.
