I've really enjoyed using Bonsai for…

I've really enjoyed using Bonsai for the last 4 months. The constant updates are great and exactly what I'm looking for. When I have an issue, customer service is on top of it and even did a quick software update to address something I was dealing with. Really enjoy logging in every day to manage my business in one spot.

Really clunky and not ready for primetime.

Really clunky and not ready for primetime. Overpriced and the support you get from their team is below minimal. Their crm platform is barely usable and forget to import data from any other service, as their import tool is super buggy and it will create a new company for every contact you enter,even if you have the same company already entered in the system. Additionally you can't delete contacts once they are entered in the system. I feel like I have been robbed of $200.

I love the customer service Hello Bonsai's team provides. Not only are they knowledgeable and courteous, but you get to know them by name. If they don't know how to help you, they will bring it back to the team. They're very well organized.

I reached out to customer service with my issue and not only was I pleased with a swift response, sawyer fixed the issue. Great customer service is rare these days, and I appreciate it. I am sure if I had a need for this service, It would be fantastic. Thank you.

Amazing support... always!

The support with Bonsai is always amazing. Sawyer wa fantastic. You can tell they care about each and every one of their customers. They are extremely knowledgeable and can assist with minimal back and forth. I'm still a happy customer and plan to be one for a very long time

DO NOT USE THIS PLATFORM!!!!

I have an $800 payment that is trapped in my Bonsai account with no options for reliable support. I keep receiving the same automated responses from their team, with no clear instruction on how to resolve the issue. I am EXTREMELY irritated at their lack of responsiveness over the last week. Be warned: DO. NOT. USE. THIS. SOFTWARE!!!!

First Experience with Bonsai Support, Very Impressed

One of my clients accidentally disputed with their credit card company a charge they paid via my Bonsai invoice—the client didn't recognize my company name. The client was very apologetic and Dorian at Bonsai was fantastic at walking me through the process to file a counter-claim. I was afraid I'd have to do lots of back and forth with banks, but Bonsai was a great advocate for me and took care of everything.
