Terrible service
Terrible service - hello fresh is what you get when you remove any soul and humans from a company. Terrible customer service, the employees could be bots, I'm not sure it would make any difference. The food is okish, but use them while they offer discount and then run away as fast as you can to a functioning company.

Ok food but items are regularly missing from the boxes and often it's the main protein. Their support has shown 0 interest in the issue. Will be switching to one of the 1000 alternative services.

Waiting all day for a delivery
No delivery information sent, had to wait at home all day for the delivery between 09:00-16:00, spoke with 2 people from customer service who were great but that doesn’t help my situation when no delivery information was sent to track and I am still waiting for this delivery. On top of that we plan our week accordingly to the delivery, as of 19:12 still nothing.
This isn’t the only time we have had issues with HelloFresh, there are a lot of competitors in the market so it would be fairly easy to take our money elsewhere.

Our supplier plans the routes as carefully as possible to ensure that the meal boxes arrive on time. This is certainly not something you can expect, but minor delays may occur due to factors outside of our supplier's control, such as road closures or traffic jams.
I can assure you that this is something we take very seriously. We will closely monitor what has happened in cooperation with our supplier to ensure that this hopefully does not happen again in the future.

Automatic change of ingredients
Ordered pulled beef but received mince, unable to speak to a operator only a chat bot which says they sent a email out which says there is no stock. I would like the opportunity to change my order if there not stock of a particular ingredient. I would appreciate the opportunity to change my order if there are particular ingredients missing from the order or at least the option to choose the alternative and not hello fresh doing so for me.

Fruits and vegetables often rotten and…
Fruits and vegetables often rotten and moldy. They send you packages without asking, they sometimes switch out ingredients for cheaper ones in meals that you paid extra for, they deliver the box to the wrong house, and they owe me about 650dkk for a refund that they promised but never arrived. They also told me they closed my account, but it's still open, if I would not have noticed they would have charged me for another box that I never ordered.

Horrid service
Horrid delivery service, even worse customer service team. Complete lack of responsibility and care.
Multiple times (4) we've received deliveries which did not follow instructions. two of which were left out in the rain (one of these times only half a meter away from shelter). The other two times, they were left on open street, free for anyone to take.
Writing to customer service about this, and they show absolutely no remorse or will to fix. No compensation for shitty service.
They would rather lose customers, than compensate a few boxes, which shows how their business model truly looks.
Advertise -> get what money you can before people realize your service is garbage -> Drop em like they're hot -> repeat.
