Scammers,scammers,scammers. I'm in the process of cancelling the transaction now with the Halifax. I've no idea how they got hold of my details ???

Initially a pending payment of £40.56. Never heard of this company. My bank, Halifax, saying its a legit payment which it isn't so am now fighting to get the money back, but they have cancelled future payments. Unsure where this originated from

Saw pending payment of £40.56 in my bank account from them, never dealt with them, spent 2 hours getting Lloyd's to cancel this and block them. Apparently came from a dodgy barcode scan whilst trying to pay a car park fee. Be aware !!!

Scammers tried to take £40.56 from my account tonight. Luckily Santander blocked it but no idea how they got hold of my details, seemed to go through Google pay.

I’ve just been scammed for £41 but the bank can’t do anything until the payment moves from pending. I’ve never heard of this company or ever signed up for anything with them. Apparently it’s a regular payment that’s been set up. How can they do this? Beware all.

I had never heard of Helpinone(AKA All Content also AKA All Forge Media Ltd)
I was shocked to see that I had been "subscribed" to their "service" with a monthly charge of £29.99 and a pending charge of £29.99.This was done WITHOUT my knowledge and/or consent.
I immediately contacted my credit card provider who are refusing this "companies" payment requests and have refunded me the already taken £29.99,my credit card company are claiming the money back from this "company"
I have contacted the Information Commissioner's Office and commenced a formal complaint against this "company" for breach of the GDPR.
This "company" don't appear to be a business regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority(Source; Financial Ombudsman Service)
I have lodged formal complaints with Action Fraud & the ICO

Debited my card with 29.99. No idea who they are or what they do. This is a scam. If this happen to you call your bank, report it and change your Credit/Debit Card as they have set up a monthly charge and will fleece you even more.

Never heard of company and they took 29.99 off my credit card and set up subscription.Never used website but somehow they have stolen my card details

Never heard of company, never signed up for free trial and certainly didn’t agree to £29.99 being taken from my account. My bank are currently looking into it and I hope I get my money back

😡🤬 literally scam lucky I don’t put my money in the account they are trying to take money from. two concurrent attempts to steal from me , Monday they tried to take out £22.99 Tuesday, attempted to take out £29.99 I have already contacted the fraud team from my bank and are now looking into the case .

Took £29.99 out of my bank by stealing card details ! I have no time for this carry on in my life. Had to report to my bank as a fraud . People please check your bank statements carefully as these thieves are doing the rounds .

I have been conned with this i was frustrated using a car charger and thought I was giving my details for this and not helpinone. No idea who they are.
I used the scan the code on the charger.
I'll be on to the bank tomorrow.

No idea who they are, but they tried twice to take £29.99 from my debit card. Bank stopped payment as it clearly is a well known scam.

SCAMMERS!!!! woke up to £29.99 taken from my account this morning!! I have never heard of this company and have no idea who or what they are or how they got my details!!! Beware everyone !! Now reported to my bank !! God only knows what they would have done next!! Probably emptied my bank account !! Scum

£29.99 fee was blocked by my credit card company (Newday/John Lewis) who were on the case straightaway. I have never interacted with Helpinone and have no idea how they got my card details. They did respond to my email to cancel/remove all details. WORSE was to come.. same day i got a scam text from 66061 claiming to be Newday wanting me to complete a 5 question survey about how Newday had handled my call with them?!?.. although message said survey was free APPARENTLY it is a high cost text scam that bills you £750..

Took 29.99 from me last night 17th Feb, and setbup a recurring payment! no idea who they are or how they got my card no. Reported fraud to the bank and canceled existing card.

A £29.99 payment to helpinone.com appeared on our bank account last night. I googled the company and received a warning from my antivirus that it was a malicious website. We have no idea how they got our debit card information, we haven't received any emails like a previous reviewer or added card payment to any apps. Fraud at our bank advised they had set up a monthly subscription somehow.
