Easy to put together and running well.
But the plug for the charter have not europien kontact so I have to by an adapter.

They advertised a regular blanket as an electric blanket. Now they don’t accept my return. Customer service only speaks Norwegian (I ordered from a Swedish site) and only answer once a day in the chat. They’ve not answered any emails I’ve sent. In summary false advertising without the possibility of returning the item aka a scam

Product is good, but would definitely improve a lot if some assembly ibstructions/suggestions were included.

Be careful with this company. I bought an item that never arrived. It went around and around in China for ages before the company told me that they couldn't deliver it. I was then supposed to get my payment back to the bank but only received a so-called confirmation from the company themselves of this repayment to my email and never the payment.

After having endless conversations with them where they were just saying the same thing over and over and over, that it could take a while for the payment to get processed by the bank and get back to me - even though it had been over 20 days and the bank could not see any payment on the way in - I decided to file a report with the police. I would not under any circumstance buy anything from this company unless you want to lose your money.

Ordered an item more than two weeks ago, still waiting to receive it. So the delivery times stated on the web site and a false. Customer service is unhelpfull with an attitude "Well it is in transit, so you'll get it when you get it.", which can mean you might receive your order in 3 days or 3 months. Not a great experience, so will not be buying from them again and wouldn't recommend to others.

ps. Writting this on 2026 05 04. It has now been 3 weeks. Item is stuck in Helsinki, so maybe will get it in a month.

Hemnix sent me goods from Temu and charged extra delivery fee for delivery that took 3 weeks.
They claim they processed return for the incorrect fee, but they lie.

Ordered Ceiling lights for more than a month now and no response on the delivery or the refund of my money. The Phone number mentioned is also incorrect. & the chat function only gives a generic replies.
Its a fraud company to collect people's money in the name of an online company and that too mentioning Sweden based company.
Will advise others to not buy anything from this company.

Terrible Shopping Experience—Avoid at All Costs. Last December, I purchased a pair of slippers from this company, and it has been nothing short of a nightmare. The quality is appallingly poor, and despite ordering my correct size, they were far too small—clearly a case of substandard manufacturing. When I contacted customer service within the return policy period, I was given only two unsatisfactory options: accept a 30% refund or receive a replacement pair in a larger size at no extra cost. I chose the replacement, but after hundreds of emails and endless excuses from their side—ranging from "color availability issues" to "waiting for a tracking number"—I’m still waiting for the new pairs. The entire process has been a waste of time and energy. The product’s quality doesn’t even justify the hassle, let alone the price. Do not shop here. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.

Delivery was late but received the package in very good condition.

I have had a very frustrating experience with this company.

After placing my order, I either never received the product or experienced serious issues with it. When I contacted customer service, I kept receiving the same vague responses saying they were “checking the information,” but nothing was ever resolved.

I have now sent numerous emails without getting a clear answer or a refund. It feels like I am not communicating with a real person, but rather an automated system that keeps repeating the same message.

At this point, I strongly question the legitimacy of this business. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company to anyone.

OK..you are right,,,the delivery was a littel bit slow... but when it come it was greate. It was in a very good condition, because it was new,,,it worked very well and the price in comparision with other sellers was very I gave Hemnix.se a try and I don´t regret it.
