Excellent solid product. Great customer service rectifying a damaged item, and speedy collection and delivery.
The only issue is the price, which is a tad excessive compared to others, but I guess that you get what you pay for!

I bought a 3 metre tripod ladder and wish I'd done so years ago. It's brilliant. Delivery was prompt, the ladder was suitably packaged and I found it surprisingly light and easy to handle. Very stable and therefore much safer than my previous decades of using other ladder types.

we bought the 3m garden ladder. It arrived quickly & on time.
used it twice, very light for its size, I am 80 & can put it up on my own.
In use it is very stable, absolutely no sign of instability even on multi-level ground. The wide steps add add to its usefulness. The only negative point is that its length & width ( at the base) make it difficult to store. A folding version would be easier to store & move around but that may compromise its rigidity

Your order processing system is straightforward but the tracking system initially provided by your courier was diabolical.
Having received the ladder and used it a few times now, I can say it is a brilliant piece of kit.
I have recommended it to one of our sons.

The tripod ladder I wanted was in stock. It was delivered by courier on the day they said it would be delivered. I even got a 1hr time slot allocated on the day. Great service.

Excellent 6ft tripod ladder used to access cutting 60m of laurel hedges. Just the correct size thanks to information on your very good website and advice given by Terry when I contacted Henchman. I feel much safer when using these ladders and regret not having bought them years ago.

The ladder is perfect for the job and copes with uneven ground so well that you feel safe even when working at full height.

My husband for the past few year has not been stable on a ladder. Kept telling him to buy yours and eventually he did. His comment was wish I had purchased one years ago.

The ladder was delivered 2 days before the due date which was great. Very pleased with the build and sturdiness of the ladder and I feel very safe when using it. A superb piece of kit and well worth the money. Thank you.

Rapid delivery, solidly made, feels very safe. Only reservations: 1: no clear information on how far legs can be safely extended: pictures show legs extended beyond what's implied by a safety label. 2: it's difficult to keep the chain taut while climbing up and down.
