Should of purchased a long time ago
Had a pretty serious accident some years ago while cutting my hedge on uneven ground which resulted in a shattered foot and a long recovery.
This will enable me to look after my hedges again in safety.
Well worth the investment even though it was a little late.

Henchman care about their product and…
Henchman care about their product and their customers. When delivery caused problems they got stuck in to help resolve them. However, if you have a reasonably local stockist I’d try them first because delivery by DX from Henchman was definitely tricky

Great ladder
Great delivery. Fantastic ladder. Feels very safe and secure. Legs very easy to adjust and the whole thing was a lot lighter than I was expecting.

Bent ladder
The ladder that was delivered was bent, did not stand level, and one of the feet was bent out of shape. Although my report was handled promptly and a replacement ladder was delivered quickly, I find it difficult to understand how the original ladder passed quality control. This is a product where safety should be the highest priority.
In addition, it took several weeks for the defective ladder to be collected. Better arrangements should be made with the transport company to ensure defective products are picked up in a timely manner.

Sincere apologies that your ladder arrived in this condition, our ladders are inspected before they leave the warehouse but sadly this one looks to have been damaged in transit. All damages are logged and reported back to the courier, and we are striving to improve their lead times for collections to avoid further inconvenience and concern to our customers

EXCELLENT BIT OF KIT
Henchman ladder arrived in good condition thanks to protective packaging. I used it for the first time today and, basically, it did what it was supposed to do. Safe, secure and easy to adjust for uneven surfaces. Definitely made hedge cutting safer and more effective. I purchased the shortest size but still it enabled me to easily reach the tops of hedges that I had hitherto struggled with.

Just the job for roof high wisteria trim
The ladder arrived within 3 days, easy to unpack and of such high quality. Instruction manual excellent with safety checklist.
Wisteria already cut back, plums picked from atop trees previously out of reach and tv aerial cable repaired at 1st floor guttering level, after aforementioned wisteria cutting was too enthusiastic. 18ft hedge awaits.
This really is the best gardening aid I have ever purchased, especially paired with Stihl electric hand clipper.
