I am absolutely devastated to say ive also been scammed by this company. Bought for my grandchild, money i can ill afford but imagined there face. Now i am in tears !!!

Absolute scam, purchased via a Facebook Ad and completely disappointed. Website no longer exists, no contact details, and money taken from the bank. £32 plus £8 shipping.

Ordered 2 Ms Rachel dolls on the 4/6/24 and Lo & behold they never arrived .
There is no way to contact site as it has been taken down.
This was a sponsored ad on Facebook and looked the part with excellent reviews which sadly were taken from a legitimate site on Etsy
Please beware

A SCAM site do not purchase anything as you will lose your money.

Placed an order in May for the Ms Rachel doll. Have contacted from email , but no response . I can't find anyway of contacting them through search engines
Now calling themselves

'selling' at £16.00

Same experience as everyone else. Ordered. Didn’t receive and no response to emails. Total scam.

Yes I am also in the same boat. Emails, and no replies. Ordered on 16/6/2024. No replies, no product. My grand daughter loves Ms Rachel as many other children. Will be in touch with bank.

I feel so silly was not aware this was a scam. Have been waiting for nearly 5 weeks and emailed twice in the last week but no response. How awful for everyone. Dirty scum….abusing people’s hard earned cash.

Scam scam !!! Ignor emails and been been 2 months no delivery.

Unfortunately, I have the same experience as the others. I received the same message (3 week delay), I’m beyond upset. I bought this from a Facebook ad and I will definitely NEVER be buying from an ad again. I have let my bank know and I better receive my money back.

Same story as most people on here ordered herbie for my grandson waited emailed several times no response gutted my grandson would have loved it
Scammers are such low life targeting children

On 5/23/24 I ordered a miss racheal doll for my grand daughter that loves her. Got an email saying they were backed up and the order would take 3 weeks. Emailed them about a month ago to no response and Now the website is shut down! I will be contacting my bank tomorrow!!

I ordered months ago and nothing. They won’t even respond to my emails.

Sadly, I fell victim to this SCAM! I only have one grandchild who adores Ms Rachel. So, I thought what a great 1st birthday gift. I’ve emailed the website that came with my “verification of purchase” (which is bs😡) I ordered this June 5th and they won’t respond; the website is down; the “new” site/email (herbieplayhouse.com) is also a fraudulent site/email. I’ve tried to email them and it gives me the big warning that no such website exists. I am incredibly mad and I hope these POS are caught, but that will NEVER happen. They’re pros and business is to con people.
I am p*saws more at the fact they’re essentially stealing from little kids!!

SCAM. Ordered a plush for my son, got an email saying it would take up to 3 weeks to arrive as it was handmade. I waited 3 weeks, nothing. Went to email and heard nothing back. Checked the website and it’s been removed. I’ve just had to dispute the charge with my bank.

Scam. They don't reply to any emails and now website has gone. I can't find the name of who the payment was made out to? There's no herbie plays in my banking app so can't ask for a refund. I'm heartbroken my granddaughter would have absolutely loved this toy. I had no idea it was sold without Ms Rachel's permission. I'll be more careful in the ffuture.DO NOT BUY

I had same experience as everyone else. I'm a granny whose granddaughter loves Ms. Rachel. I order 5 weeks ago and nothing. As stated, links closed, no number, no response. I'll write my bank and report the fraud for a refund, but I am also going to try to inform Ms Rachel that her likeness and music are being used to scam people and disappoint children. She has legal recourse and can sue them.

Exactly the same as every other review here. So angry. It's obvious every buyer would be purchasing this for a young child. Despicable people.

ordered on 5/27, then got an email stating it would be 3 weeks before it ships, then NOTHING....they ghosted, no response to emails, link to track order doesnt load, it says the page wont load, theres no phone # on the bank charge. there's no website.....SCAM!!
