No notification of delivery
Walked into back garden to get recycling box found a parcel beside it , no card through the door telling me there was a parcel left in back garden if it wasn't for the recycle box I have no need to go into back garden at this time of year so would not have found parcel as I was not notified by Hermes about the parcel.

I am only sorry I had to give this…
I am only sorry I had to give this company 1 star I had a guy rent a flat from me who didn't pay his rent and done the off that was fine and I decided to put it down to experience but one day I got a parcel and it was him I decided just to leave it then I was due another parcel that disappeared I didn't know it was Hermese that were the carrier until I spoke to the company who sent my item and I reported it to Hermese I have been away for a while they did respond but I haven't had time to get back to them as of yet and today my buzzer went this guy sent 2 people up with my parcel which had been opened and my item damaged his wife started to shout at me and point her finger in my face stating that the reason there were 2 of them this time was because of threats that I had made to her or them in the past first off I have never came face to face with his wife before and I have never threatened them I am an ex military police sergeant who after my service in Iraq defending our country sustained injuries which requirs me to walk with the aid of a stick I also suffer from PTSD and after the shock of the what I can only call an attack had to take my medication to prevent a panic attack in my own home and a second heart attack I do have a recording of the conversation and pictures of the poor condition my parcel arrived in he did text my phone after delivery stating any future parcels will not be delivered which is fine by me as I prefer to open my own mail and receive items in the condition they were sent in not opened up and damaged I'm sure he can supply my number to Hermese but I am more than happy to put it on here if they wish to veiw the footage or listen to what was shouted at me I will of course make it all available to them 07770075166
