Menzies used to deliver for Yodel and the driver was very knowledgeable about our very rural location . since Menzies stopped being the sub contractor, this has now transferred to Highland Parcels . Delivery was due , showed on the map, driver said couldnt find the property and no attempt to get in touch . No update on redilvery so called and they were completely inept - i will speak to driver and it will now go out the following day, no attempt at further details, just terrible service and not reassuring - thats a week to get my delivery and I have no confidence it will get here tomorrow . I will contact the vendor and say I will stop buying from them if they insist on using yodel .

Horrendous company. Twice in a row had parcels sitting in a depot in Inverness for a week.

1 Month since my parcel entered the Menzies system and still no update on my parcel. Countless phonecalls, live chats, local depot calls and nothing. Terrible tracking system. £150 out of pocket for losing a childs stroller. Dont trust this company with anything of real value....

Even though I live in mainland Britain, some companies will not deliver to my home in the Scottish Highlands. I recently discovered the Highland Parcels service (run by Menzies) and have been very impressed with their parcel receipt and forward service so far having received a number of parcels through them.

The only snag we have had is when a sender didn't include my Highland Parcels Box Number on the delivery address so Highland Parcels did not know who to forward the parcel on to. The sender did this twice sadly however on both occasions I called Menzies and their staff were really helpful and quickly identified the parcels to make sure they didn't go astray.

I would wholly recommend their service hence the five star review!
