I submitted a request for information via this company's contact page on website on 13/5 and resubmitted it on 15/5 after not getting any reply. I still have not heard from them, not even an acknowledgement. Poor customer service. Shame the products look just what I needed for my dad but will not consider them after they did not respond to my queries and after reading these awful reviews.

Goods miraculously arrived after I reported the company to Action Fraud and my credit card provider.

Do not buy from here. This is a con !! Ordered and paid on the 12th of September. Acknowledgment of order arrived, but have still not received the item despite 3 emails from me with no reply . Will now claim on Mastercard. Order from somewhere else 👍

They state that they will same day dispatch if ordered prior to 3pm. I placed an order at 2pm on a Friday, it was finally dispatched 5pm on the following Monday. Then they charge £6.70 for next day delivery (Royal Mail) that takes another four days. Not particularly suitable for an item needed for post surgery.

DOES THIS COMPANY ACTUALLY EXIST?!!!!!!!!!!!

I placed an order nearly a week ago. No indication that it has been shipped. No answers to any emails and telephone number just goes to a full voicemail box. I suspect that this might be a scam site but certainly one with pathetic customer service. They say that they will supply via prescription to the NHS. We shall see.

I thought it only fair to update my review. The ordered product did finally arrive. Nearly one week after ordering! Also an order placed via a prescription to the local pharmacist arrived in 48 hours. So, the company clearly is capable of fulfilling its orders but it must sort out its communications if it is to avoid poor reviews. Now that they have arrived, the products are very good quality.

Money taken, No goods received, no e-mails answered and no telephone calls returned! Looks genuine, but suspect a scam site. I have informed Bank!
