The remote for my Olivia 2 did not work. There were several rounds of emails to try and trouble shoot it. I finally returned it We'lll see if they send me another that works.

Gamechanger product, and swift delivery
Really love the new Olivia 2 phone stand. I'm throwing out my tripods! Easy to use. The weight is great because it's nice and sturdy and holds my heavy iphone. I love it because it sits on your desk and doesn't take up loads of room in my tiny workspace. You can move it about if you wanted to film somewhere different. The pink colour is lovely! I was kept fully up to date with where my order was, from China to the UK and to my door was about 5 days which is brilliant!

I am on my 8th day of waiting for my Olivia 2 and have received no correspondence or update from the company, despite contacting them.
I will never buy from this company again and I certainly would not recommend them.
It is a lot of money to pay for apparently absolutely nothing.

We received your order in September 29th and we sent the tracking reference on September 30th to your email. We also advised via email the usual shipping and delivery times for UK at the Order Confirmation email and once again when we sent your local tracking reference.
When we saw you posted this review back in October 8th, we sent another mail and SMS to advise your parcel is on its way. It was finally delivered the following day.
We appreciate your feedback but we have given you the updates and delivered the parcel within our promised delivery time.

I've been using the Olivia 2 Tripod for a few weeks now, and I don't regret buying it !
The base is really heavy so it doesn't fall when filming an overhead shot, and overall the tripod is very simple to use.
The built-in light is a nice touch, it's not very bright but does the job.

Try Before You Buy Is A Lie
Offered a try before you buy period…then asked me to resecure payment as there was an issue with PayPal business account…charged me the very next day BEFORE the item even shipped. When I contacted them..took them a few days to respond but NEVER made it right. My order was NOT shipped until DAYS later and I have the email conversations to prove EVERYTHING.

Very disappointing for the price
Very disappointing for the price. The light is not very bright and additional lighting is needed to record content. The phone clip is difficult to place the phone into and to remove the phone. This is a problem for nail content creators. Battery life is nonexistent. Don’t misplace the hexagon wretch. Overall a waste of $100.
Pros - the stand is secure and the height adjustment is very good.

A great tool for a disabled creator
I am disabled and a lot of products are hard for me to use. I was nervous about being able to understand how the Oliva worked but was really easy and fun to use and I loved the lighting options and the remote.

the olivia 2.0 is very easy to use and very compact so it doesn’t take up a lot of space. the light can flip 180 degrees which can be useful when wanting to use the front facing side of your phone, the light also has different brightness settings and can change hues which is perfect for the different vibes creators may want. overall 5 stars!!

Customer service was decent but the device doesn't stay charged for long at all.
Customer service was pretty good, my first package was stolen bit they were able to get a replacement to me pretty quickly. But the battery life on the light is not optimal for filming longer videos it doesn't even last an hour. Wish it had a plug into the wall feature so I could use it for crafting videos like I wanted to. Other than that it's pretty good. You will have to take your phone out of the case and you have to use the Bluetooth remote to get your camera to work
