The remote for my Olivia 2 did not work. There were several rounds of emails to try and trouble shoot it. I finally returned it We'lll see if they send me another that works.

Good product in general, but room for improvement
Product seems to be pretty sturdy, and it holds my phone securely. I like that I can tilt the support at different angles, that the stand can be extended, and that the product is compact. Keep in mind that the if you extend the stand, you will see the base in photos. If the base could be turned away, that would solve the issue, but the base is fixed.
The light is definitely a lot dimmer than I expected, and the device itself casts shadows, which is disappointing. An extra light will be needed when filming and taking pictures. Also, while I did not need the product quickly, delivery was on the slow side- it took around a month to see any kind of update with tracking.

I understand you were on tight timeline as you needed to photograph your products in time for your Christmas sale. Our apologies for the inconvenience. As this is a public domain and you claimed the parcel was overdue for 2months, we would like to correct that it did not take 2 months. The order was placed in November 16 and the parcels arrived in USPS' sorting facility in November 22. USPS finally delivered the parcel in the afternoon of December 9th. We are transparent with delivery times on our website and we are diligent in providing the shipping and delivery updates to your email.

Liighting is questionable as it leaves…
Liighting is questionable as it leaves shadows. I thought this would solve those issues but it does not. There aren’t really any directions stating how best to use so am winging it and not too happy with results, still need another light source. Also, the Packaging was absolutely terrible.

Rally brilliant device
Rally nice device. Specially for someone working alone. It is sturdy it is reliable, its super compact and with a intelligent design, it enables me to take much better pics without the shadow of myself behind on top of the product. Definitely recommend it.

Great customer service, I ordered the background bundle and didn’t realise the stand was included so had added this separately. Got an email from James to ask if I needed both stands, which I didn’t so money was refunded and order updated, which was great. Regular delivery updates and fast delivery. This is my second order from Hey Paparazzo due to excellent service and products.

Fragile
I received Olivia after about 2 weeks, which was as expected. The device itself is very fragile, if you ‘assemble’ it as shown in the video you will quickly end up breaking it, so it needs a delicate touch … but it is working.

Very sturdy product, gives me the perfect angle to film my "work in progress" art projects. Absolutely recommend! I have a heavy phone and it didn't topple over, definitely what I was looking for, to replace the flimsy gooseneck stands.
