Will be returning. The light is very dim. Not great for content making.

I really wanted to like this but it hangs down at an angle which puts all my shots off. Don’t have time to wait for a replacement to be processed and shipped from China so I’m stuck with this.

Edit: Yes, as stated in my review I could have returned this product but cannot wait for literal weeks for equipment so am stuck with this. If I want to keep my place in the algorithm I have to be posting something. The item is faulty and had to ask if they had any suggestions and was offered a workaround of shoving something in the joint. I was not offered a partial refund on the faulty product they sent. I’m just stuck with something that doesn’t work great for the very purpose it’s designed for. I understand they are disheartened at a negative review but the product doesn’t work the way it should, I’m stuck with it, and so negative review it is. Again, I REALLY was so ready to love this product.

I couldn’t be happier with my new phone mount! It’s taken filing my jewellery making from a chore to a joy! Can’t recommend enough!

Amazing product. Exactly as described

I simply adore my Olivia, and can’t fathom how I’ve managed without it! She makes life easier, and I love that she’s so compact and pretty! It’s a tripod, and a ring light and everything you need in a box you can fit in your bag!

Everything about it is great, I just wish the light was stronger/brighter

Great experience. I was a bit scared of facing a scam, with a dodgy item or no delivery at all. I was pleasantly surprised with the communications : as soon as the order is received, I got an email to use Olivia properly when I receive it. Delivery took 2 weeks, which is not disturbing as I received an email warning about a little delay following the change of logistics laws, etc. I'm very happy about my Olivia ! It's exactly as advertised. The icing on the cake was a very reactive and friendly support. Thank you !

Great product!
Was sceptical of buying something off of Instagram but was pleasantly surprised. The Olivia is sturdy, compact and does everything it advertises. Great for small spaces or putting in a backpack etc.
Customer service replied straight away when I had an issue opening it initially.
Very happy!

I was quite impressed in how many lighting options there are. The phone holder is pretty strong and deep so you don’t have to take out the phone from its case to place it on the holder like some other stands out there. I love how long it can extend so no need to pile books or find a bench. This little thing is pretty darn cool, I highly recommend.

The structure of the product felt flimsy and a bit wobbly. The base was not heavy enough to remain stable when I attached my phone and leaned forward slightly from the weight of my phone. It was slight and might not bother some people but it was enough to bother me. I returned it a few weeks ago and still waiting for my refund.

Order was received quickly and in perfect condition, can recommend.

Did respond to email in a kind way unfortunately I would like to return it as it can't take the weight of Iphone 13 pro max. I mounted both ways and it did not stand level. Bummer

Making photo's is easier now using Olivia ...

Olivia's content creator's bundle is in all in one package for the mobile content creator. It comes with two different lights to provide the right lighting for whatever I'm recording from my phone. The flexibility of the stand is awesome and covers any angle that I need. Only downside is my phone is a little heavy so I need to support the end if I have the stand fully extended. Setup is simple and connects to the phone easily. I hope a tablet version comes out eventually because I like looking on bigger screens but thats a personal thing. Overall its a quick way to record and create content on the go without the hassle of having tons of baggage.
