Bad experience

Bad seller. I ordered a PSN gift card. On the site it results "completed" and I received an email notification that the order was shipped and complete, but I didn't receive any code.
Chat support is very evasive.

Have not received the product after six days of placing the order even after paying for priority shipping.

I ordered a product on the afternoon of 18th of January and opted and paid for rush shipping. The product was supposed to be delivered in Noida from Nagpur. Technically Noida is a Tier 1 city and courier companies deliver products online within 2 days from anywhere in India. My order was shipped on 19th and deliver on the website was showing on 20th. Today is 23rd and product is to be seen nowhere. I mean what's the point of opting and then paying for faster shipping. Also their products are listed on Flipkart/Amazon but I chose to place the order directly on their site simply cause I think about supporting the business and not to marketplaces like Amazon and Flipkart. Remember I am writing this review after six days of placing the order that I still have to receive the product and it better turn out to be okey but in todays day and age time is money and peeps at Happy Gaming World should realise the value of my time just like I think about supporting small businesses with my money. Not saying that they are crooks or anything else but they should get their act together and understand the same. I am irritated cause I took out the console after almost 2 years and I had the weekend free and planned for gaming but the whole things got spoiled. I did call the store sometime back on the number provided and the lady on the other side said she will get back to me but its been more than 4 hours and still no callback.

Never shipped, not ready to cancel & refund

I placed an order with them, they never shipped anything for 3 days, and then they blocked my number from which I was calling for enquiries! BLOCKED MY NUMBER!

When I called to cancel from other number they kept asking for more time, and made it very difficult to cancel the order.

They're yet to cancel my order and refund me.

Rush Shipping Charged, Order Never Delivered

I’m extremely disappointed with this experience.
Before placing my order for Horizon Forbidden West (Order #167719), I confirmed the product’s availability with their team on WhatsApp. Only after they assured me it was in stock did I place the order and even paid extra for rush shipping because I was excited to play the game quickly.
After taking the payment, I was informed that the product was actually out of stock and that a refund would be initiated. This raises a very simple question: if the item was not available, why was the order accepted and why was I told it was in stock in the first place?
It has now been five days of constant follow-ups through calls, emails, and messages, and I still have no official confirmation of the refund. Every time I call, I’m told the refund will be processed, but there is no written confirmation, no timeline, and now they have stopped responding.
What should have been an exciting purchase has turned into a frustrating experience. Instead of enjoying a new game, I’ve been stuck chasing my own money.
The lack of communication and clarity is very concerning, and I am still waiting for a proper refund confirmation.

I purchased a ps giftcard

I purchased a ps giftcard and what should've been recieved immediately, I still haven't recieved it two days later. the contact service is horrendous the WhatsApp text messages doesn't work as they don't respond back. Emailing them doesn't give you any responses. I've called them multiple times and it keeps saying they're busy. And now I can't even call them I think they blocked me. Hgworld support on controllers

I had bought hgworld ps4 controller for my console and its is defective and didnt pair with my console and always show orange breathing light but not charging or even pairing with console and it is defective from out of the box and i tried to contact them then they dont pick up phone they mention they have best after sales service on there website but they dont have good service

UPDATE: HGworld contacted me and ready to arrange a replacement even though my item was not in warrenty and i appreciate this so much because it can help me a lot if my problem was not already resolved and i solved this problem by pressing the reset button in a small hole near L2 by using small thing like toothpick when controller was turned off.but on your own risk because the product can be hit or miss and not everyone will have experience like me and the product diliver to the other buyer may be perfect or may have some issue but mine issue got solved . Also thanks to HGworld team for connecting to me and offering help.

Don’t trap here and don’t buy

Don’t trap here, I have purchased Nintendo switch 4 months back. After that due to technical glitch send it for repair on 23rd November 2025 and received on 3rd Feb 2026 (after several follow up). More than 2 months for repair is tooo much. Now console controller is not connecting properly. Waste of money and time.
