I have bought multiple products (Hana, KATO, 7HZ Timeless, UP5, P1+, etc.) from HIFIGO in the recent past and my experience is awesome. They always dispatch the products without any delay unless there is a brand delay and they communicate immediately. HIFIGO Service Team always helps customers and they respond to any query immediately.

My source of audiophile equipment. Fast shipping, depending on item availability, of course. Attractive prices usually, and even better on sale. Items come with appropriate electricity cables. Also where is an option of expedited shipping with FedEx etc. which is huge ++

I ordered two times in the last few months, each time a portable audio player.

The orders were dispatched very soon after one or two days, shipping (with tracking) was free or cost was reasonable, and above all, customs fees were paid. So the parcels arrived in Germany between one and two weeks later, without any problems.

In one case communication could have been better. I ordered the Hiby R5S in grey but it was not dispatched and nothing happened. So I had to send an email and got the answer that Hifigo is waiting for the factory to produce a new batch. I could then switch to black which was in stock. However, it would have been better to get contacted by Hifigo immediately in this situation.

In general I can definitely recommend Hifigo. They have a good selection of equipment and very good prices during sales.

I was nervously searching for Moondrop Kato i.e.m.'s to buy as I saw they were selling fast.
HiFiGo didn't let me down(again) and delivered it rapidly to my doorstep without any craziness.
Customs duties are taken care of in the same purchase.
Who does not want that?
By the way....the Kato's sound crazy good and look good. Happy buyer here.😎

Complete fraud.
Simply if you try to return a defective item they refund you only 20% of what you paid. They charge you restocking fees 20%, shipping fees 10%, import tax of God only knows how much. They are clearly dishonest and fraudulent

No one ever has been able to find the package lost in transit in third county (think that no one even tried and i'm a buyer every 5-7 days for the last 6 years+! ). But Hifigo CS has done it in a day. I'm impressed how the solved the problem. And have no words for the way these people comunicate with his costumer, respond is quick, each costumer is "valuable costumer", no matter how much you spend. The are very kind and humble, some of my friends can learn from these nice people!
Hifigo keep going like that, recommend the shop and the sellers.

I've successfully ordered items from $20 ear tips to a $2,000 DAP. Each time I've received my products quickly and without damage. Also Hifigo's customer serice responds quickly to any questions.

Delivery can sometimes take a while, but the website is easy to use, the prices are great, and the customer service is amazing!

Awesome store! I could not find a single store in the EU that had the products I wanted in stock - but I found all of them at HIFIGO and with the flat fee of 15 dollars for shipping and import/VAT to Denmark it ended up being a good deal cheaper than buying from the EU. Also I could track the package all the way and it took just under two weeks to arrive. I was a little vary at first but the experience was really good so I'll be putting in the next order shortly!
