Got an email on 15th December saying sorry your order probably won’t arrive for Christmas - order placed 6th December - they said there were “some options” available. I emailed to ask what these options were on the same day. No response by 20th December so I emailed again to ask what the options were but still no response. They did email today though to ask for a review… which was poorly timed. Read the room and your emails.
* edit 11/1/2026* - after explaining that this was originally a Christmas gift, Jamie went above and beyond to make sure my order arrived in time for my wife’s birthday. Understandable that small businesses will have growing pains and the service/communication issues can be written off as due to lack of resources than an unwillingness to provide good customer service. Still love their clothes

Made a £100 purchase on Dec 1st. No communication at all except one email sent at 11pm to say sorry for the delay on December 9th, tried contacting them through their contact page, heard nothing back. Replied to the email on December 9th and nothing back.
At this point want my money back, but doubt that's going to happen because I can't get ahold of them!

Placed a simple t-shirt order on 29th November which i still haven't received or even been dispatched. Had to chase them with emails but there excuse is they are a small team with a large amount of orders at a busy time ( should have been prepared as its the busy period as they like to constantly mention) I've requested a refund and won't be using this company again.

Ordered on 29/11/25 it's now 19/12/25 still not received my order! Why do a black Friday deal if you can't cope with demand? Other businesses don't have this issue and this delay is exceptionally poor. I understood the delay on 9th Dec and fully expected my order to arrive today at the latest. You have ignored my email today. AVOID THIS BUSINESS!

Great website , easy to use and love the product however my only issue was it took 3 weeks to arrive! I did receive an email to say they’d had issues with working off wrong lists hence the delay. However it has arrived for Xmas.
I ordered two t shirts on the 29/11/25 which is 20 days ago and although Highdive Apperel notified me a small delay and my order is on its way that is now 9 days and I'm still waiting. This has put me off buying from this company again for the long delivery time

I did receive an apology and my shipping was upgraded which was appreciated. That being said, the items are great quality and designs amazing. This was my first order and I don't think I'd let the experience with shipping put me off ordering again in the future. Overall very happy with my items.

Ordered 29th November after checking their delivery guide. 2-5 days to print depending how busy and 2-3 days to ship, no problem I love a small business and my brother will love this.
However it’s now 17th December, thats 18 days to print it, after receiving an email a week ago saying it will ship yesterday or today there’s still no update as to the order which will now with Royal Mail probably not come in time for Christmas.
Being a small business doesn’t account for this, if you couldn’t fulfill the orders in time then don’t take as many orders, I would rather it have been out of stock and looked for something else 3 weeks ago than now worry I’m going to have to find something else in a week for an awkward brother.
The website now has a will not arrive before Christmas disclaimer across the top but I feel this should have been in place weeks ago.
To reiterate my point 4.5 months worth of orders is too many for a small business how did you expect this to go in your favour ?
My order was sent out even though I’d sent an email and you’d confirmed I could cancel and now have had no communication about returns but your answering reviews rather than emails ?

Order an item on the 28th November for a gift to be given on the 21st December. Item still hasn't been shipped. Received an email last week stating that it would be shipped start of this week. Still no shipping info or tracking info. Emails not being followed up. I do feel communications could be more fluid with actual dates given.
