Stay as far away from this company as you can. If you use them remember you saw here that it would be a mistake. They messed up my order, charged me four times, cancelled my order then hours later revied it. This has left me overdrawn for the first time.
Probably the worst payment processor in the world
Tried to order OnePlus 6 through this abomination of a payment processor on launch day. It crashed constantly for an hour and when finally I got through they charged my card but my order was already cancelled with oneplus, so I had to make a new order with paypal. 6 hours later I finally get a confirmation email from HiPay that the payment was successful. Now I have paid twice. What utter shambles!

shocking... took about 50 mins of trying to pay to then get through, payment was taken, then about 15 mins later, my order randomly cancelled. I am now 478 odd quid down with no idea where it is..

Terrible experience with hipay 3 failed payments trying to buy a new phone.
Poor service
I ordered a oneplus 6 phone through their system, they took the money out of my bank even though I was told it won't happen by oneplus because the order was canceled, maybe a lack of communication between the two.
In essence I ended up with twice the amount I was meant to pay out of pocket for a period of time.
Eventually they refunded me but there was no reason for me to be out of pocket for that time.

Oneplus purchase - absolutely diabolical service, caused a massive bottleneck and constantly crashed. Absolutely awful.
Terrible service
Terrible service. Took multiple attempts to process as the server was so fragile, and then when it did the transaction got flagged as fraud by my bank. What's the point.
Ended up paying with PayPal instead.

I can't give less than one star, I sure wish I could. I spent over an hour trying to buy a OnePlus 6 where I was redirected to the horrible service taht is HiPay .. 100% failure rate on payments. Finally OnePlus sent me to Paypal, first time, BOOM order paid for.
This was the first time I've ever heard of HiPay, and if I ever see an e-tailor using them in the future, I will not buy from them!
